Excellent location close to Termini. The owners(Luca and Delfina) were not around when we got there but they deputised their friend(Ms Adriana) to show us around. She was very nice and even made us some excellent Italian Espresso. we spoke to Delfina on the phone and she gave us some tips on travelling around in Rome. Clean place, shared kitchen and bathroom. We heard some guests come in late at night but apart from that the place was quiet. Highly recommended!

Very good location. Clean. Common kitchen. One geyser for both bathroom located in twin suit room - a bit noisy and disturbing in this room.

Evertything was perfect, i had a great time in rome and at B&B Rome in Art, theybare very kind and helpfull

Not the worst, wouldn't stay again. This was an Air BnB. We never actually met the people running the place, so we paid a girl who said she was their friend. The place was pretty clean. The furniture was scarily weak. My boyfriend (2 m tall, 95 kg) literally broke one of the beds AND the folding chair that was in our room just by sitting on them normally. There was air conditioning, but they turned it off when they came to clean. The shower was awful: the water was randomly boiling or freezing.

Everything was OK, but we never met the owner. Met a lady who was their friend. Had to wait a little too much for her to get there, and we didn't have her phone number so that sucked. When we were there it was too many people sharing one bathroom. We were three backpackers in one of the rooms, and a group of five in the other. So it can get a little crowded. But all in all, it was OK.

We really enjoyed our stay and Luca and Delphine were very helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat. The apartment was perfect for our needs.

Luca & Delfina were so kind and helpful to us. The location is very close to termini but in the night it is little bit dangerous. Also, there is 3.5 euro tourist tax as an extra. Graziee
