Not the worst, wouldn't stay again. This was an Air BnB. We never actually met the people running the place, so we paid a girl who said she was their friend. The place was pretty clean. The furniture was scarily weak. My boyfriend (2 m tall, 95 kg) literally broke one of the beds AND the folding chair that was in our room just by sitting on them normally. There was air conditioning, but they turned it off when they came to clean. The shower was awful: the water was randomly boiling or freezing.

We really enjoyed our stay and Luca and Delphine were very helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat. The apartment was perfect for our needs.

Luca & Delfina were so kind and helpful to us. The location is very close to termini but in the night it is little bit dangerous. Also, there is 3.5 euro tourist tax as an extra. Graziee

This is an affordable stay for young people who want to get away for Spring break or a quick vacation. It is also good if you basically want somewhere to sleep and you will be out for the entire day. It was average. I don't think I would stay here again though, because of the group that I went with. We did however, get some excellent information from the owners of where to visit, where to eat etc. We met one of the owners the day before we left.

We spent 11 days in 8 diferent cities. B&B Rome in Art was by far the the best hostel we visited. It's owners, Luca and Delphina gave us a very detailed explanation of where to go, what to see and how to go there. They were always very kind and they went all they way to make things easier for us. Also, ask them about their dinner recommendations. It was because of them that we tryied the best pasta in Italy!

Our stay at B&B Rome In Art was really good. The room (double bed private) was big and clean. Luca was very friendly and helpful. He also gave us a bottle of wine and left some croissants in our bedroom. You could also use the kitchen outside the room for any need. The location is perfect. It's only two blocks from Rome Termini, which is the central station of Rome

Luca was very helpful and gave us a wonderful map with a lot of different things that we could do while in Rome as well as many awesome restaurants with amazing food. We really appreciated the lovely room, so close to Termini, located so close to many of the sites.

This bnb really made us feel at home. A bit hard to find at first because it was an apartment. Now the good part: Complete kitchen mini market downstairs = cooking every day. And there's a bidet in the bathroom!! The WiFi was fast. Luca and Delfina constantly asked if there was anything we needed and would always try their best to make our stay perfect. Even sent tips for places to visit in Rome! Their staff Mrs Basy was also very helpful. Nothing more to ask for!

The couple who ran the place were so friendly and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. We had a well sized apartment with full kitchen for most of our stay until we had to move to a smaller place downstairs for 1 night. Location was good and everything was kept really clean. Would definitely recommend

Luca and Delfina are very helpful and flexible. They did me a big favor as I made the booking by mistake and they found the best solution for me in a short time. I feel so thankful to stay there. Recommend to everyone to Rome!

Luca and delfina provided us with great recommendations, general info and a warm place to stay which was very close to the attractions and public transport. I think the two of them could afford to charge more for what was a great experience. I can't speak highly enough of their hospitality.

Luca is a lovely guy who gave his time generously to tell us about Rome. He also kindly provided us with breakfast, snacks and as much coffee and tea as we could drink! The area is convenient for the train station and metro, although at night time you will have to walk past some homeless people but this wasn't a problem. Overall, this was a good experience and we'd stay here again. Thanks Luca.

It's a room in an apartment and not a hostel but we really enjoyed our stay :)
