Luca and Delfi were such amazing hosts! So friendly, kind and helpful, they made our stay in Rome very special ! We were happy to stay here and would return again! Free wifi, beds were comfy, and everything was very clean. What more can you ask for?! About 4 blocks from Termini and close to Colosseum, a really good spot. Thanks Luca and Delfi!

Very nice place, nice host. We were just very unlucky to be there at the same time as some very loudy people. We just couldn't sleep.

We are very sorry that you have encountered very annoying people, We also regret that you have not warned us, however, the other guests will not be welcome here in the future Ciao Luca & Delfina

We only saw the owners at arrival. In case we needed them, we could text them. The place was clean, but a bit noisy if people got in late we woke up by them. Close to termini, market, metro and bistro's close.

Great place a short walk from Termini station which gets you on either line of the Rome metro. The place was very clean, quiet, and has a kitchen stocked with some breakfast food for guests which is great. Only complaint is the shower fluctuates from cold to too hot without touching the handle, far from a deal killer though. Great place to stay, clearly run by caring and nice people!

It was very good hostel. Located near from Victorio Emanuele (or something like this) is very easy find coming by metro. The woman who talked to us was very kind and tried to help. One key was not working to open the main door, but it was no problem with this.

Close to termini but in the 'not so nice' back streets, away from sights. Past reviews raved about the owners hospitality and amazing breakfasts.. I received a couple of texts and a disjointed call and an email, other than tht never saw him. Breakfast was a box of chocolate cereal and stale crossaints in plastic wrappers? Bathroom modern looking but shower head RIDICULOUS! No more than a drizzle. Booked twin room but had a double bed. For the price we paid, could definitely find better!

Dear Lindsey,You should explain how you managed to book a twin room,if we do not have it? you have received 3 mail with all the possible suggestions -The shower was clogged with limescale, guests after you, have warned us, and we have solved the problem in 5 minutes -Breakfast: If you check your booking was not included it (but you have got milk, croissants, biscuits, coffee, tea, etc) -you paid € 27.50 person for night(in Rome) the normal price for 1 bed in a shared room with 8 strangers

We really enjoyed our stay at Bed in Art, Rome! As everyone else has said, Luca is the nicest person you could meet! He gave us so many tips and recommendations which definitely improved our stay there as we came to Rome without a proper plan! Double en-suite room was a little small but we didn't spend much time in there so that wasn't a problem. SO grateful for the air-con in summer :D

Great "hostel"! it is an apartment which we only had to share with 8 other people only. Luca, the owner was FANTASTIC. Brought us maps, gave us tips on where to go what to see, and was all around a great host. We were about a 5 minute walk to Termini station, which was excellent. We always had croissants, jam, espresso and other pastries available. It was clean and roomy. IT HAS AIR CONDITIONING, which is an absolute must for 43degree Celsius weather in Italian summers. AMAZING value for $

Luca and Delfina (the owners) were the nicest, most hospitable people I met while in Europe. They wanted us to have a great time in Rome and we did thanks to them! Their places are clean and they provide breakfast every morning and coffee and biscuits are available 24/7. Access to a kitchen and washing machine. They provide really helpful information and make contacting them really easy.

The location was very good, near Termini station and E. Vittorio metro station. The San Lorenzo neightborhood was very close and was the perfect place for nightlife. Lucas and Delfina (the hostel keepers) were very kind and helpfull. Every morning our breakfast was there (milk, croissants, cookies etc.) and we could make our coffee or cook something that we would like! We had a great time in Rome and a great accomodation in B&B In Art!!! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything is clean and in good condition. Owner Luca was very helpful and help answering any questions we had with patience. Maps and recommendation for places to visit, eat and do were provided. Light breakfast provided and Luca even taught us how to make Italian coffee. We enjoy our stay tremendously, thanks Luca! :) Excellent location, minutes away from Roma Termini. There were some homeless people en-route (seems scary) but we got over it and nothing happened.

I must say I really enjoy my stay at this 'Hostel'.Actually this is a B&B place more then an hostel. It's a clean place, near termini station 10/15 walking from colesseum,Fontana de trevi, piazza da republica, as Victor Emmanuel subway station at a relative close distance, just 3' walking, and a supermarket at 5'. It's a multicultural area and sometimes may seem unsafe but to be honest I walk there real late at night with my camera(the one you would like to rob) and I always get home safe.

Luca and Delfina were great and such amazing hosts. They were extremely accommodating, helpful, and personable. It felt like they were our parents away from home (in the best way possible!). We all greatly enjoyed our stay at B&B Rome in Art.
