Great cute little bed and breakfast in a really awesome location of Venice. 5 minutes or less to the Rialto bridge with cute fun bars for aperitivo near by. Inconvenient bathroom situation, but no more so than other hostels or accodations where the bathroom is shared. A little pricey on weekends however definitely clean, with a nice staff, functioning wifi, and in a great location. Really enjoyed the breakfast in bed aspect. Only annoying thing was bathroom and it really wasn't even so bad.
WONDERFUL....!!! Many many thanks

Too many people there --- I liked the hostel a lot and it's in a good location, but I was woken up at 8 by all the people moving in and out, and had to wait an hour for the bathroom. Maybe rent out one fewer room, or add another bathroom.
(Please note that my review is related to the anexe and not to the main part of teh B&B (I was statying in the 4-beds family facility).. Our only comment was that the place was hard to find. As directions we only had the name of the neighborhood and the house number. In Venice houses are numbered sequentially wthin a neighborhood - ususally running into 4 digit numbers - and not sequentially within a street, so knowing the street name would have been uselfull.

It was fine. I would try somewhere else if I were going back, but it wasn't terrible by any means. It's like staying in Grandpa's spare bedroom.
We have been in this hostel in July when it was very hot and humid. There wasn't climatisation (AC) in the room (just a fan). So we had to open the window, it was difficult to fall a sleep with the noise from the street. It was clean, Paolo was helpfull and friendly. We recommand this hostel in an other season than summer.
1. Where is the staff? Couldn't find a staff when I needed. Think the staff does 't stay in the hostel. 2. Weird structure I booked a single room, but I slept in a room with 3 beds. Felt kind of spooky in a big room. But the rest of thing was good. Most of all the location was perfect.
everything is perfect, just some government limitation on guest using laundry and cooking for security reason, cost is also higher than most other cities in Europe. but this B&B is highly recommended in Venice.
great location for Venice, and the room the three of us shared was massive and spacious. There is no communal area or atmosphere, but I guess this is not expected at a b
Very nice. Lovely hosts and an awesome breakfast. The owner graciously let us keep our bags there for the full day we departed so we didn't have to lug them around. Only having one bathroom was challenging at times, but nothing to complain about. Also! Do email them and let them know what time you're going to arrive or they might not be home! They ask you to call them, but if you don't have wifi or a European SIM card you're kind of hooped. Would be back :).
