Great location, less than 2 minute walk from the rialto bridge and all the water transport. Staff were really nice but give them a heads up as to when you are arriving so they are able to welcome you because they are in and out. Cosy beds but sheets were a bit dirty.

Good Place all-around. The owner was very nice, the rooms were impressive. Clean and comfortable B&B. The only negative point was the shower: it had absolutely no pressure, it seemed like the water just fell because of the force of gravity. But a great place to stay nonetheless, superb location next to the Rialto Bridge. I would definatly recommend this place.

Great location! Just around the corner from the market, vaporetto stop, and restaurants. The bathroom was a shared bathroom (which wasn't a problem for us), however you will share one shower, one toilet, and one sink with all the other guests. As I said it wasn't a problem in our case, but it might be for other travelers.

This B&B was great for us! The room was huge so we weren't cramped together, it being my husband, me, and my mother-in-law. The owners were very nice and easily accessible if needed.

great place. clean and big. EXTREMELY close to rialto bridge and the markets. towels are provided which was great. just like some have mentioned, there is only one bathroom which is a little annoying when some other guests are using it but it was completely manageable. the staff was extremely loving and kind. stay at this b&b. i would stay again!

It was an ok place to stay. Staff was very very nice, but the house smelled not so great, they didn't clean your room everyday, and we had the misfortune of having a big group of people stay in the room next door who smoked in their room. Also there was only one bathroom for the whole inn, which was always busy. Apart from that it was ok. good price, for Venice.

Fantastic location 2 mins' walk from Rialto bridge, yet on a quiet street. Follow the directions they give, not Google maps! Our room was big, clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. Slight downsides: the shower's not great, there's only one bathroom, and breakfast is ok but a bit synthetic; those were more than balanced by the good price. I was a bit disconcerted that our room was left unlocked, but nothing untoward happened. All in all, an ideal place for those on a budget.

Nice b&b in a perfect location right near the Rialto bridge and markets. The one shared bathroom on the whole floor made it a bit tricky at times (waiting to go to the toilet etc) but other than this had a great stay. The breakfast, as has been said, was pretty average but there are lots of cafe's near by where you can easily get something else. We enjoyed our stay here, the owners are really lovely and we would recommend it.

Excelente place to stay. No fun because its a B&B, just a good room to stay. I recomend it. They should just aprimorize the internet and the shower presure (I Know that the shower presure is un inconveniet genereted by the crowed of people at the city, but...there are some ways to improve it). The internet is not good...slowly every time. Is my second time on that B&B.
