Definitely a great value for money!!! :) The breakfast included and the bottle of wine offered were a really nice touch. We will recommend it to everyone 100% and we would for sure stay there once again in Pescara.

Great location.

This is a great place to stay! You can even prepare your meal on a grill outside. The owner is a lovely ladie who can give you tips to experience the real Italy! ps. there is a restaurant in pescara which is called: Nina;s tratteria they serve excellent food for a great price!

Very good aussie style

Siamo stati veramente bene, la proprietaria è gentilissima, il posto molto pulito. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

All in all I am very satisfied and I definetely recommand the hostel/ b&b villa aersa. It was only a very small and not very tasty breakfast, but a supermarket was nearby. and everythingelse was nearly perfect, especially when you think of the price. the owner is a really friendly and nice woman, for example- at the end she drove us to the airport. and the view from the villa aersa was really great!! mountains not far away and the other side the sandy beach, 20 mins away. i think well come back!

the location is more than wonderful: near the rooms there is a huge huge balcony from whom you can see the panorama (the whole city of pescara, the see, the hills around....). the owner is too kind, the breakfast excellent.
