Welcome World and many thanks to all of you for visiting the website of Bed & Breakfast Villa Aersa. Just a few words to show you who I am: I'm Stefania,the Owner, surfer and traveler.
My trips and my international and professional background (Hotel, Food&Beverage Management) at a moment of the Life push me to open the B&B Villa Aersa and the atmosphere of 'World & Trip' that I have since always in my soul, I made here the main feauture.
The location of the B&B Villa Aersa is equally different,surrounded by greenery of the hill, in the residential area of Montesilvano, overlooking the Adriatic Sea (the beach is about 1km far) and out of a chaotic City, 6 km from Pescara city and within easy reach from Pescara 'Liberi' airport, the highway and the railway,@km far from A14 highway,1 km abot far from the beach. Car suggested. In case of difficulties or late time to join the B&B please give a call
The Rooms spacious and confortables guarantee your stay pleasant, relaxing and in absolute tranquility.
What's the best place to make new friends from different Cultures, except the 'Terrace'? Prepared with umbrellas, chairs, tables and barbecue, It's a cozy place where you enjoy the breakfast, a BBQ with meat, fish or vegetables (the supermarket is 300metres far), a good beer or a local wine, more than browsing the pages of a good book.

Definitely a great value for money!!! :) The breakfast included and the bottle of wine offered were a really nice touch. We will recommend it to everyone 100% and we would for sure stay there once again in Pescara.
