Overall good...just a bit far milano station. Not easy to find..the breakfast is good...staff very helpful.

Walking distance to Milano train station takes about 10 - 15 minutes and the hostel is not very easy to locate. Room is ok but it could be noisy if the room you're staying faces the busy main road which was what I experienced. The mens' bathroom is much smaller compared to the ladies'. Replacement for the not so comfortable looking toilet bowl would be great! I always had to dine at a restaurant nearby in order to use its spacious and clean toilet before going back to the hostel.

Hostel is in a sketchy part of Milan with nothing interesting close by. It is relatively close to the central station but nothing else.

The location is not very close to the central station. The light in the room is too dark.

the room itself was clean, but the shared bathrooms were dirty. And as the house is not very big the breakfast "room" is in the middle of all rooms and so in the morning it is very loud when you want to sleep a bit longer

room is in front of front desk, and doors are not sound proof, we could hear everything. Also, soom faces the street, a very loud traffic street. Men bathroom is tiny, and there is NO hot water, just not freezing (not even warm) We complaint about this and the receptionist said it was hot enough. Couldn't even use the toilette, as the receptionist dog was always sniffing under the bathroom door, not letting me concentrate properly

There was no hot shower during our stay!! And the temperature in Milan was only a few degrees. It does not make sense that there are no hot water for showering in winter! This is the the most poor hostel that I have ever stayed in.
