All the facilities have to pay additional. Please be careful when book this B

very loud area of town, on the corner of two very busy streets. the room was spacious for one person with a nice balcony. the tv only showed one channel. the kitchen and bathroom were very clean and had no issues. the bed was a full size and comfortable.

Hostel is located near to Railway/Tram station. It needs to be well maintained.........!!!!!

Staffs are very rude. During our stay the electricity system broke down for the whole building. There was no light at all, no hot water for shower, no wifi, while we had to get up at 7am on the next day. Not a single "sorry" or any intention of apology was heard from the staff. We understand that it was not their problem, but as the representative of the hostel, we expect better service, but not "this is not our problem". We expected a refund for that night, but only tourist tax was refunded.

Close to the Milane Centrale Station by tram, or a 20 minute walk, we enjoyed this B and B as a comfortable base , and excellent value. Staff were very helpful, and friendly, breakfast was generous and room clean . Rooms, however, are noisy,, as it faces a busy road, and tram stop. But with window closed we slept well. We used our stay for shopping and sightseeing, and recommend a train trip to Como.

Flew in to Milan and used this as our jet lag/find your bearings stop. Walking distance to the train, really right around the corner. Many places to eat. Room was clean with small balcony for drinks and snacks. Street was loud but shutters and screen were thick enough to block it out at night. Wifi works great!

It is a nice place. Close enough to the station and the metro. The staff and helpful and the place is clean.

memnun kaldık

You can hear everything that happens outside your room, all additional services are for additional payment- to leave bags after checking out- 50c per hour, per bag, conditioner is 5 euro per day, atmosphere is very weak. I wish I've stayed in another hotel

Thank you so much for the comment, you should go around the world with a smile otherwise what is the point....

This was our second stay at this place and just like expected everything was great !The receptionist working the night is always available and helpful, the bathroom was clean and recently renovated and the freshly baked croissants in the morning were a nice way to start the day !

Cleaned room and bathrooms, friendly staff, no curfews and near in central station and supermakets. Everything is okay.

Everything was just great ! Starting with the receptionist who welcomed us even if it was past midnight. Our room was clean, the bathroom had all the amenities for a pleasant stay, it was recent renovated and at the breakfast we had the delicious croissants freshly baked ! Overall, it was way nicer than we expected because considering all the previous comments, i was expecting a basic and spartan stay BUT it was a very nice stay and we felt just like staying overnight at a friend's house !

I stayed only one night in this hostel, but i found really good. The location, near the central station, was very good for me, 'cause i had to take an early train in the morning. I was with my wife, and the room was very clean and nice, very spacius, nice bed and a tv. The bathroom was nice, very clean and the shower good. For someone who have to stay near the central station, i would definitly recommend this b&b. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Window could not close and extremely noisy, could not sleep. Air conditioner did not work Floor was visibly dirty The curtains were visibly dirty The duvet has no cover and was torn Staff rude and not helpful at all I felt very unsafe and coming from Africa, it was very unexpected The staff member sitting in the reception are was very noisy and contributed to the extreme noise. A shutter was pulled down in front of the window and you couldn't even look out Will not recommend it at all

Good morning ! Thank you for your comment ! Someone who wants AIR CONDITIONER AND THEN the BED COVER it's pretty self-explanatory, in the first week of april in Milan when the temperature is only few degrees above 0 Celsius we still use heating, as for the rest of your complaints they speak for themselves !
