Monica was so sweet and very accommodating. Everything was very clean and breakfast was delicious.

Monica was so sweet and the breakfast was wonderful! It's a short train ride into the center of Venice (the way Venice is with all the bridges and stairs I wouldn't want to stay directly in the center anyway, it's better to stay in Mestre). The room & bathroom were super clean and fancy like a hotel, so the price was really good for what we got. The ONLY problem with it is there's no WIFI! It's a great place for couples to relax and forget about the world, but I needed WiFi for trip planning!

The staff is so immensely friendly! They will bend over backwards to help you. Breakfast was simple but delicious although the breakfast area was very small. No curfew. But the best thing is the bus stop is literally in front of the B&B. the bus ride to Venice is really cheap and only a 7 minute ride (even during carnival high season). It was so nice to get off the bus and just be there. I would defiantly stay here again. Oh and to find the place cross over Dante street, via Serglia bends acros
