The staff could be more quiet. They are really loud.

We stayed here from dec 30th to jan 3rd, and we found it very pleasant. The room was big and clean, the breakfast in the room was nice, the kitchen and bathroom had all the necessary, it is very well located, and the help of Diana (the girl in the reception) was amazing.

It was clean and the staff was nice. The major problem was finding it. I was having trouble and they weren't picking up the phone, but I figured it out after a few minutes. It's the first door on the left when you turn on to the street coming from Termini.

it was alright, price was fair, clean and no problems at all. very loud, because of the cars outside and people talking, slightly gloomy atmosphere, breakfast a bit dissappointing (just 1 coffee, no chance for more...) but there is always tea for free, which i found nice.

Reading from all the reviews I knew breakfast wasn't going to be the best. So I bought some food in just in case. And thank god I did! They had ZERO breakfast!! But other than that whole issue, the hostel was great, in a great location and the staff were friendly.

An excellent place to stay, especially if you want quiet, safe and private accommodation. Two blocks from the Termini and within walking distance of all the sites. Diana was a fantastic host. Breakfast is minimal but rooms and bathrooms were always clean and available when I needed. It isn't the place to stay if you're wanting to meet other travelers, but is nonetheless excellent if you want a bit more privacy. Will be coming back here again! Thank-you.

Convenient location, secure too (you need quite a few keys to get in!). Hostel was very clean, a lot cleaner than some upmarket hotels. Diana - the manager was very friendly and helpful and always asked if everything was OK (something big hotels could learn from). There was good heating too. The road outside could be a bit noisy but there was a double glazed window which blanked out most of the noise. Breakfast small but this is normal for Italy so not an issue. Good value, highly recommended!

Great location and feels very homey and safe. However there is no was to lock up your stuff and if you're in a mixed dorm the room doesn't lock either. Also just know that this is not a YOUTH hostel. Except for my friend and I, everyone else there was an adult.

If you are looking for a hostel to party and meet tons of other people, this place is not for you. If you're looking for somewhere to relax after a day of traveling/walking around/touring then this is the place for you! It's a very nice home located right by Roma Termini (seriously, it's so close). It's maybe a little far from the city center, but you can always catch a bus or walk, it's not too far for that. It was very clean and relaxing to come home to after a busy day of traveling.

The staff was very friendly. We sleeped at the apartment in the street next to the hostel. We had a huge room and we had to share the toilet with only one other room. It was clean. Only the breakfast was poor, but that's usually in Italy i think.

i was good to stay there. great location. the only thing is you dont have a common space to have breakfast while your roommates are still sleeping. it is a bit weird to sit at the only desk outside of the rooms to eat... and reception is not 24 hrs, but you can call or just knock the door still.

The location of the hostel was great! And as everybody says, the rooms and the baths also were very clean. Diana was to be in charge of everything about the hostel. She was so helpful and kind. On our last day she gave a bottle of wine as gift which was produced in memory of the hostel! =) thank you for all Diana! We love you!

My stay in B&T Rooms was brilliant. I was informed about the tourist fee, which is 2 Eur per person per night, straight away. The rooms and showers were clean and Diana was helpful. The location is quite good as it is just 5 minutes to Termini railway and bus station and about 15 minutes to city center. I was well pleased and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

We actually stayed in 'trani rooms'(booked with BT) in the city centre, awesome location(only 15 mins on foot to colosseum) and the room was cleaned everyday. Much better than expected the shower wasnt the best but that's minor, would highly recommend

Good overall. However we were disappointed that therewas no wifi when it was advertised that we would have it in our room. The staff was nice and always available.

CAUTION when making reservations at this place!! They will wait until is too close to the dates and they send you an email saying that "there was a problem, we have to change your reservation to another one". But there is no problem!! It's a scheme!!! They just use this to attract you, and then they change you to a place very far away (tranirooms, chicca rooms, and/or others). The place they put me was NOTHING like I was expecting. The bed had BED BUGS. Not clean WC. AWFUL BREAKFAST.

This hostel was basic in its facilities but extremely clean -I have never stayed in such a clean hostel. Also Diana who was the member of staff who worked there was very helpful and friendly - would definately stay there again and recommend this place to others.
