We enjoyed staying at B & T Rooms. Close location to Termini Station was prime. Diana provided excellent customer service. The bathroom could really use an update, especially the shower/bathtub.

Quite good place for calm stay: clean big room, comfortable bed, a lot of room for your belongings. We almost didn't see other guests. The only problem was that it was very noisy outside early in the morning (cars, people shouting). The location is not the best if you want to go out at night - the area is not very lively.

B&T was well run and clean. Diana was great at her job and helped us with information and booking taxi's etc. She went out of her way to insure that our visit to Rome was as full as possible. In fact, when we came back to Rome- we booked the same room mainly because of her.

We were excellently received by the staff (Diana). I have nothing in particular to complain about. The breakfast wasn't much of a stomach-filler, but then again, I had not expected it to be.

Friendly staff & helpfull. Great location close to the main train station & the bus station, clean area . The room is large enough, clean, comfortable matrimonial bed but the springs were loud and noisy, each little movement makes loud noise, wich can wake up your neighbour if you come back late at night. The breakfast is light : two rusks & one wrapped croissant, no fruit juice, not enough to start a long day. The bathroom was large but the carpet was always wet and the curtain rod was broken.

Location is excellent. The staff is so so - we only saw her when checkin and checkout. We had to stayed in another building which does NOT have any internet. It was so annoying because when you go back late you do not want to walk the whole street to the main building to use internet - besides if you wanna get in you have to ring the bell. Can store your luggage but it depends on the receptionist - she is not always there for you to take the luggages. The bathroom was not very clean.

The hostel doesn't meet some basic things that promises at its description 1. There is free internet (wifi) at the reception, but the rooms are at a different building and in many hours of the day no one at the reception could open the door for you...so, at the end there is no wifi 2. There is not enough hot water at the showers for everyone 3. The attention wasn't good, not least the willingness to solve this problems 4. Although, breakfast was good!! (but a little poor)

Owner Comment (Show)
We are very sorry that at the end you have this opinion about us. 1. As you probably read on the website wifi is free only at reception (and the part with there is no one there to open the door you know very well that is not true - this is an office, with reception all day) If you want wifi in your room you have to pay for it. 2.About the hot water as I already explain you, if 5 girls stay each half an hour to take a shower the capacity of the boiler runs out. It take a little time to refill it. 3. About the attention and willingness to resolve your problems is obvious that we have different opinions: there was always someone there to answer your questions or to give you information and at your last day when you needed to leave the luggage for the whole day without paying (10 euros each luggage like you suppose to- price for luggage store inside Termini station), we offer you this possibility for free .So...... Thank you anyway for the time that you took to make this review.

A nice little 'b and b' located very close to the train station and metro. Cheap food nearby. Street outside was a bit noisy early in the morning.

An incredibly well-maintained hostel: close to the train station as well as to the Ryanair bus stop to Ciampini, with excellent service and facilities. Diana was the friendliest and most helpful host that we encountered in our week-and-a-half of travel through Italy. She pointed out interesting places to visit, suggested good walking routes, and was in general always there to help us when we had a question. The hostel is indeed a bit of a long walk from the main sights, but there are cheap buses!

We stayed here from dec 30th to jan 3rd, and we found it very pleasant. The room was big and clean, the breakfast in the room was nice, the kitchen and bathroom had all the necessary, it is very well located, and the help of Diana (the girl in the reception) was amazing.

the hostel gives you a single cup of coffee. if you take more than one at the morning, then you have to bring your own coffee but there is a market near where to buy food. warning: there is no elevator. you have to have to climb stairs

It was clean and the staff was nice. The major problem was finding it. I was having trouble and they weren't picking up the phone, but I figured it out after a few minutes. It's the first door on the left when you turn on to the street coming from Termini.
