Property Information:
We’re situated in the centre of Rome, a short walk from the main railway and underground station Termini.
From our guesthouse you can easily get to all of the historic and artistic attractions of Rome.
At our guesthouse you can find clean and comfortable beds, Internet, drink and confectionery vending machines, guide books, free city maps, walking tours and information about events and other happenings. Sheets, pillowcases and blankets are included.
There's an open-air market nearby which is open every day until 2pm. Here you can buy inexpensive clothes, souvenirs and fresh fruits and vegetables. There is also a supermarket very close by.
Our amenities include breakfast, hot showers, non-smoking bedrooms, key access to the rooms and apartments and free towels that we change every three days. You also have the option of getting a fresh towel every day for only €2 each.
Reception is open 24hrs so there’s no curfew and no lockout. Wi-Fi is available for free in the reception area and is available in your room for €6/stay.
Airport pick-up can be arranged for €40 per car (maximum four people and four suitcases). Please arrange this at least a day ahead of time; our contact information will be in your booking confirmation email.

really close from termini station. it was a classic bed and breakfast with all the facilities, we take a double bed private and the stay was really good. wifi sign was reakly bad bud they have a computer for free to access the Internet and at just one block from the apartment there was an Internet point. for the rest the staff really kind and the bed and private room was really confort.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
You are not permitted to wash your laundry here. There is a fine of €20 for this.
This is a non-smoking premises. If you are caught smoking onsite there is a fine of €20.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your booking if the credit card doesn't work.
Taxes included in price, except Rome City tax. Rome City tax is an additional €2 per person per night (for those 10 years of age and up) and will be added to your balance upon arrival. Please include this in your budget calculations.
It’s very important for us to know your exact time of arrival. If you're going to be later then you wrote on your reservation, you must contact our reception. If not, we will not guarantee your reservation.
Check-in: until 11pm. Late check-in (after 11pm) will be charged €20. For late check-in you must contact us by email or phone after booking.
Check-out: 10am to 2pm. At check-out you must return the keys, sheets and towels provided.
There is a €10 fee for lost keys.
Payment is due upon arrival by cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept PayPal or MoneyBookers.
Breakfast is served until 10am.
We have a 72hr cancellation policy.
