Philippe is extremely knowledgeable and an inviting host. B3 is not a hotel or a youth hostel. It's a man's home and he's inviting us inside. The decor is well thought out and tasteful. There are not many rooms and there is usually places for all the guests to sit around the same breakfast table which Philippe sets up every morning. The table really encourages the guests to talk to each other. If I'm in Brussels again, I'd go there.

Philip was really welcoming all weekend, when we arrived he gave us some maps and explained when we might like to go. The room was lovely, and although our room didn't have a private bathroom I didn't mind at all, there were two very close by and they were both very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very yummy and the whole place is beautifully decorated. Close enough to walk everywhere and nice and quite during the night. The cat is unbelievably cute. Was a great weekend!

We had a fabulous stay. Philip is the most dedicated host that you can imagine. His house is stunning and the rooms are perfect. The best place in Brussels if you don't have a massive budget.

Phillipe was outstanding for my friend and I. The Bed & Breakfast was just what we needed: proximity to metro service but away from the busy-ness of the city, excellent and clean rooms, great breakfast -- he tries all products before purchasing and serving to guests. A very nice and memorable B&B. Highly Recommend for those looking for a great get-away!!

On the map a bit far from the centre but when I entered the gate I felt being somewhere very very far from Brussels center - so quiet and nice garden. The house is cousy mix of living house, museum and gallery. Philippe seams to be strick but it is only one part of him, much bigger part is helpful and kind. Some strickness is needed for so clean, interesting and nice place. Breakfest (usually from 8.30, but I had to leave 8.00 and he prepared it ) was very good. . Good market!

Good location, good sense of interior, garden. This is a nice guest house. The owner is a kind man, full of hospitality. But he is managing everything,is little bit nervous about estimated arrival time, house rule.So without accepting his condition, the guest would not have a comfortable stay.

This was my 9th or 10th visit to brussels and 3b is by far the best place i've stayed in so far, the owner philip is the best host you will probably ever get, from the first moment he helps you with maps, directions, suggestions for what to visit. The place is very clean and tidy, breakfast is great and alwayes on time, internet is working even in the top floor, i felt comfortable to leave my laptop or my ipad and leave the house, the comfort level and the like-home feeling is second to none!

We loved our time in Brussels and it was certainly made possible by Philippe and his wonderful guesthouse! Upon our arrival, he gave us several maps and circled the main attractions of the city and how to reach them. Each morning Philippe served us a delicious breakfast and offered his knowledge of the city. Our room was clean, bed was comfy, bathrooms were clean, and everything was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here, because Philippe will treat you like royalty.
