I loved my stay here! This hostel is in a great location for those wanting to hang out at night. Not recommended for light sleepers!

The staff is very helpful and will help guide to where you are supposed to be. They are very lnowledgeable of the area and speak English very well. If you need a refresher in Portuguese, they can also help you with that.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My boyfriend and I could leave the passports and money in the room without any worries. The breakfeast was simple but is good, enough to start the day. The bathrooms were clean and we felt very comfortable in the room.

A very basic hostel, helpful staff. The common facilities could be better. Nobody seems to use the kitchen. There are not enough showers. Breakfast very basic, some fruit or vegetables would improve the quality a lot. Wifi is pretty good. It can get quite noisy at night. Not the best hostel to meet people.

great staffs and cleanliness

Excellent location up the hill of Bairro Alto. Very friendly and helfpul staff. Breakfast was good (quite big rolls :-) ). Double room was quite small, not that much space, but it was okay. You have to climb up some creaky stairs (doesn't mean they make a lot of noise!), I liked this athmosphere a lot! There is this narrow common balcony, cute.

It was great! The staffs were so nice, particularly two guys (one was working in the night till around 11:30 pm, and another one started to work from around 11:30 pm). They were really kind, polite and willing to help me. Thank you so much! In addition, the facilities were fine and clean, including the room, shower, toilet and kitchen. Finally, the location was quite good enough to get to city centre by walk, although it was located slightly on high side (could be a bit hard to walk if it's hot)
