BA hostel is perfectly situated near city center. Additionally it is in the going out area, so restaurants and bars are minutes away. Staff is very helpful and polite. Good breakfast and nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. Very good place to stay in a couple or with friends. We had fun and comfortable stay in BA hostel.

The hostel is in a great location in the middle of Bairro Alto. Just note that it's on the top of the one of the seven hills of Lisbon, and it would be better to climb the longer (not steep) route with your luggage on the first day. (My friends and I stupidly walked up the stairs). The staffs are very helpful and nice except this one person who was a little mean about security procedures at night. All in all, it is a very cute and lovely hostel.

Staff is great, they speak faird english and are very helpfull. Rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen are very clean. Hostel has good facilities with a well equipped kitchen and a nice lounge with couch, TV, games, magazines. Breakfast is served betweed 8a.m. - 11 a.m. and althought is not too diverse is ok to get you started for the day. There is chease, ham, biscuits, juices, cereals, milk, coffee, jam and Nutella. Only drawback is the noise during fidays/saturdays when people socialize outside.

Best hostel in Portugal, so clean and had the friendliest staff. So welcoming and felt right at home. The staff knew you on a first name basis and had the best recommendations for tours and any questions we had. They went above and beyond for our stay for the weekend.

BA was the best hostel I've ever had a pleasure to stay at!! Everything was just perfect, the family atmosphere thanks to the very friendly staff, the perfect location in the heart of Lisbon, included breakfast, wifi connection, always hot showers and an affordable price made my my spring vacation an undeniable success. The next time I will be visiting Lisbon I will definitely stay at the BA Hostel again!!

This hostel is awesome. You can get help and information 24 hours a day, because there is always somebody at the reception. They help you to plan your trips and show you where to go. The hosts are always friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable. From 8 till 11 o´clock you can have a lovely breakfast and free coffee all day long or cook your own meal. It´s a modern hostel, but still includes the character of Lisbon. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it so much. Thanks
