The old lady cannot or don't speak english. She was insisted for us to pay with cash but eventually she took credit carts.Old building with thin walls. So everyone can hear you.But still i slept very well.It was clean, tidy, secure enough.Really close to the tower.

Really nice place to stay very friendly staff, great location 5 mins walk from the very center of pisa but far enough away that it wasnt noisey. Nice balcony to eat meals or sit and drink. Bakery opposite great value. Good travel links 15 min walk from main station or 30 seconds away for busses to train station and other places. Stayed for a week and loved it would definatly go again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Doina Tower and would stay there again when in Pisa. As they said, we definitely were able to see the tower from the hostel.

There are to less warm blankets, one of us is ill an can't keep the body warm sometimes, you should be prepared for these things. On the website it says there is breakfast, but there isn't, there was no internet in the room. The beds are good and we had a good sleep except for the blankets. The price is quit high for what you get.

The owner of the hostel should speak english and treat better their guests.

Owner of the hotel have a nice gesture for you, do not let she sleep in the street, gave her a nice room, becouse she called and canceled your reservation in your name. Proprietario del ostello ha fatto un bel gesto per Lei, non l'ha lasciata dormire in strada, le ha dato una bella camera, visto che lei a telefonato e cancellato la sua prenotazione.

The owner of the B&B called me in France to confirm my arrival.... (Spoke "solo italiano" as in most of Italy!). but this was fun, she was happy and helpful, and offered to pick us up at the airport! No charge. The location is great. Very close to the Cathedral and Tower, which you can see from the balcony, where we were served a good breakfast. There are 2 or 3 places to eat very close by, not too expensive. The room was large, but a bit cold, as there was no heat at this season in October.

This BB is located nearby the tower, which you can see from the "breakfast"balcony. It is a silence place during the nights. Beds are a bit old, but they are in good condition. We did sleep very well! Badroom is shared, clean, but also a bit old. But for low budget we can not complain at all! We recommend this BB and would stay again if we are going to visit Pisa once more. We stayed 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 children (10 + 11y). The lady who ownes the place and is making breakfast does only speak Ita

Beautiful place. Enormous rooms with good furniture, the b&b is wonderful, silent and always clean, and so near to Tower. The staff is really VERY KIND AND NICE!

Nothing fancy but excellent value for money in terms of location. 5 mins walk from the tower (which can be seen from the balcony). 20 mins walk down the high street to the train station. This converted apartment is decorated like an old-school Italian flat and the one bathroom is shared. The place is clean and there is a small kitchen available for use (inc. fridge). The owner was very friendly and helpful but wasn't around after the initial check-in (not a problem for us). However, beware that thin walls m

We were moved from this property as the day we got in there had been some pretty serious storms and our room was flooded! We were moved to a lovely little hostel (which was like a hotel!) just down the road for the same price, breakfast and all :) very nice and friendly.
