'La Terrazza Nelissen' B&B offers rooms with a nice view. Double room with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning all year round.
When the weather is nice (about 9 months of the year) breakfast, relax and sunbathing on the terrace is possible.
Located 10 minutes from Elmas airport, Cagliari.
Reachable from major London airports by low cost flights.
Walking distance to the CBD and the Old Town
Or you can take buses n.1 and 9 at the bus stop just in front of the house and hey will take you to the old town/shopping/museums in 10 minutes and to the beaches in 15 minutes.
Very quiet neighbourhood (tough very central) lots of free parking places all around the building, the viale S.Avendrace offers all main facilities (banks, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, travel agencies etc, with no need to go to the busy and sometimes chaotic city center.
