The place is an old style Thai town-house, owned by foreigners, which provides perfect understanding of English-speaking travelers and their needs. Most of customers are from Europe/America or Japan.
house is not big - only 9 rooms so it helps it to be clean and have home atmosphere. There are a lot of pet (dogs, parrot, fish) which stay on the first floor of the house. Owners live here also, that is why it is very safe.

One can’t find a place at such a value in Bangkok. To me it was a good site, far from hussle-bussle and so really quiet … Bangkok nightlife is not close by or rambling distance but BTS is less than a kilometer walk which can connect you to the most of the places in Bangkok. Room was clean but Extra small. Bed fits wall to wall and no spare space left.
