Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Good location to see the sites in Chiang Mai.

AIr con and fan in rooms, nice common area. Small lockers for valuable, but need own lock. Bathrooms could use a bit more regular cleaning, but expected in a hostel with bunch of people using. Not super secure, but good enough. I would stay here again, mainly for its location and sociability.

I Enjoyed my stay at baan kunt!! The staff are fun and friendly and they also helped me arrange my flights out of chiang mai! They also have a desk for organising activities and you get picked up and dropped off!! The other backpackers who stay are also so much fun!

Its an okay hostel, have a couple really good backpacker staffers. Do not wear socks on the stairs, and just be careful 5 people fell down them...hard. Also skip the breakfast, very chill place

The place is ok. Good location and nice atmosphere. Free computer with internet and tea, coffee and bananas for free.

No wifi in rooms..only common area always has loud music playing.. Downstairs public toilet is awful

I really love the place. It locates inside the Night Bazzar Area, close to everything and the staff are really helpful. I would stay for next visit for sure

Stayed 3 days in the hostel and there are few things i would like to comment. I stay in a 8-bed room but there's only 7 lockers available, when it is full someone is gonna sacrifice to risk his/her valuable things outside unlocked. There's only one bath room each floor to accommodate at least 16 persons in each floor when it is fully occupied. The condition of the bathroom is not so good, the shower head holder was broken and i have to hold it during my shower. Cleanness can be better too.

Lovely clean hostel with excellent staff in a great location. A very short walk to everything you need. Very conveniently located. Just far enough to be away from the noises of the evening! There are no locks on the doors but you get a safe for your valuables. One of the safes in our room had no door so I had to share. A bit of extra security wouldn't go amiss but apart from that, no complaints. Would recommend.

clean hostel friendly staff, you can book lots of excursions from the front desk. Was great location on Thae Pae road for the Lou Krathong festival, and night market and food streets nearby.

The free bananas, coffee, and tea, made the place much better, but there were some bed bugs that made the experience a little bad. The lockers were too thin to put anything in there besides the passport

I really enjoyed Baan Kuhn! The staff was friendly it was a great location and an excellent place to meet other travelers! The showers were even warm, heyooo!

Awesome stay here, highly recommend it! It's close to the gate, the atmosphere, and for any tour you book you get a free breakfast. It helped when we booked 2 tours and were filled up. Place is clean, friendly staff, overall awesome!

I'm coming back to Chiang Mai in December and I will defiantly be booking here again. Has a great vibe and friendly atmosphere. Staff are grat and really helpful. The rooms are pretty spacious. Everything is within walking distance. Night market is 2 mins down the road and the main square about 5 mins.

Staff is positive. They operate as agents so they have many trips and tours available from different people in the area, it is worth to check several of them and ask for a good price and book from the hostel at anytume of the day. Rooms were clean and aircon

Great little hostel, good location and atmosphere. Very knowledgeable staff! The tour agency is very good too.

Fantastic hostel, social people, ethical tours, cheap beer, clean comfy beds all you need for Chaing Mai couldn't recommend it strongly enough

The best hostel in Tgailand by far. Amazing place to meet people. The staff went above and befond to accommodate us and help is book trips and buses. Amazing hostel

Room is to small for 6 people not enough 2 put your lagged and one shower for 6 people staff r friendly well coming but if u paid than same day you shorten your stay you will not get ur money back .

Fun little hostel, got a real family feel. They organise trips for you and really make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend!
