Directions to Baan Sammi

Baan Sammi is located about 10 miles (15 km) northeast of town, in Doi Saket district. Follow the Highway 118 (Chiang Mai - Doi Saket - Chiang Rai). Let's meet us at well-known 'Horizon' (= Suan Taweechon) at km 11 on that highway, for further guidance.

• From airport to Baan Sammi:

In the arrival hall, there is a desk where you can hire a taxi. The fares from the airport are fixed depending on distance. To Doi Saket district, where Baan Sammi is situated, the price is 500 Baht.
Alternatively, you may get a red song-thaeo or a tuk-tuk at a somewhat lower price. Deal with the driver when a song-thaeo or tuk-tuk has just arrived the airport and passengers are getting off, or leave the airport area on foot and stop a song-thaeo or tuk-tuk on the nearby main road towards city.

• From train station, Arcade Bus Station, or Chang Phueak Bus Station, to Baan Sammi

At the train and bus stations there are many red song-thaeos and tuk-tuks waiting for passengers. Deal with the driver for the fare, which can be between 300 and 500 Baht for the whole car.
