We loved our stay here! We have been travelling around Thailand for a month now and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. We had a standard double room which had plenty of space, great air con and was beautifully cleaned each day. A very reasonable price! The pool was lovely, practically a private pool. The hotel was quiet, more people need to know about it, fantastic stay! Really friendly staff, although their English isn't great they did all they could to help. Short walk to the beach

Big footprints on every sheet. Noisy on the street. Staff is very poor at English. And the service is poor. When I told them there are problems with the room facilities, they even did not believe in me! The shower water is extremely small. Never choose this hostel!

Good, clean place, but a good 10/15 mins to the main bars/beach. That said we enjoyed are stay, we arrived after walking from the beach with are big bags and were given cold water which was very much appreciated. So could do with better instructions on its location ie by the city limits on the main road from the old town so you can hope off the bus. Nice pool, helpful in booking a taxi to the airport. Just need to add it's not really a "backpackers" the sign on the front calls it a resort.
