!!!The city is doing road work on Kostandi Street and our hostel's street will be closed off to cars from April 21st - May 15th. But we will be happy to meet you and carry your luggage to and from our hostel during that time if you call us to let us know when you are arriving!!!

We have our own taxi and shuttle service which is safe, reliable and cheap: for 5 or more people it is a flat 15 UAH (1.5 euro) per person to any where in the city.
4 people or less it is:
To or from trainstation/bus station/deribasivskaya: 35 UAH (3.5 euro) per car.
to/from Arkadia: 25 UAH (2.5 euros)
to/from Airport: 50 griven (5 euros)

If you book 3 or more nights on hostelworld your first pick up is FREE!
Please call when you arrive to schedule pick ups. Please note that if you would like someone to meet you upon your arrival with a sign it will be an additional 100 UAH.

We are a twelve minute stroll from the nicest/cleanest beaches and clubs in Odessa.

One block away from the hostel is a store/restaurant/pharmacy and within walking distance is a great Russian Banya, a brewery, a pool hall and a giant supermarket.

We have 3 separate shower rooms and 3 separate toilets, spacious rooms (two with their own sink and toilet), a place for grilling, a hammock, and a covered patio lined with benches which is a great places to relax, eat, drink and meet people.

We are the same people who run the Babushka Grand Hostel and we do our best to provide a comfortable home like atmosphere where it is easy to meet other travelers, feel safe and have a good time. We are opening our beach house hostel because there is nothing better in Odessa than hanging out at the beach during the day, barbecuing in the evening, and clubing at night. So come help us have a great summer, but if you are in Ukraine hunting for a wife please find other accommodations.

TOURS:

Catacombs/Soviet bunker tours (2 person minimum) 160 UAH per person
(wild, dirty, dangerous, and awesome)

Gun shooting (3 person minimum): 40 UAH per person to the guide and then shoot as much or as little as you like
(3 UAH for .22 bullet; 5 UAH per .38 bullet; 10 UAH for 9mm; 10 UAH for AK47 or M16; 15 UAH per shot with a scoped rifle).

Private Banya (min 3- max 12): 150 UAH per person per hour. Price includes traditional drinks (Kvass, Kompot, birch juice), birch branches and beatings with the birch branches.

Public Banya (min 2 people): 50 UAH per person per hour.

Pub crawl (min 8 people): 40 UAH per person. Included in price 4 free shots in bars, 1 free Karoke song and transport to and from the hostel.
