Very, very nice and familiar. Close to the beach and in a nice neighbourhood. We had a very nice stay!

Perfect place close to famous Odessa beaches. Nice atmosphere of family run business, international community and helpful staff, who will not only help with your luggage if necessary, call you a cab whenever needed, but even get a translator in case of unexpected troubles :-) Definitely place to stay!
