I was staying for 5 nights at Back in BA and it felt like home. Very helpful, friendliy staff, reasonable prices, great location. The shared bedroom with the window to the street on the ground floor is very noisy and people, who walk pass can see inside your room. If you wanna sleep at night, avoid this room. The dorms are small but still big enough. They have big lockers, with plug inside and a curtain on each bed. Missed bread for breakfast. All in all enjoyed my stay a lot. Thanks guys.

The best thing about this hostel is the location. Right in the middle of Palermo, and close to lots of public transport, buses and the Sube. The hostel itself was neat, clean and safe, had free tea, coffee and mate all day and night, included basic breakfast. I would stay here again quite happily.

Good location in Palermo, plenty of bars restaurants nearby. Hostel was clean (we had a private room at the front), WiFi was good and all staff we spoke to were full of tips and advice on things to do, getting to the airport etc. Only negative - breakfast is almost non existent; coffee and crackers and jam. Add a couple of croissants or breadrolls+ham/cheese would be perfect and low cost. Getting to the airport is expensive, as the only real option is private trf or taxi (240peso for taxi)

The staff of the hotel was great, the double room we had was basic and clean enough. The bathrooms however smelled like sewage constantly and just felt kind of gross. They should put a little more work into the bathrooms... Our room was on the second floor, unfortunately facing the bar, where luckily they stop serving drinks & the loud music at midnight, but they dont kick people out of there so some very loud people hung around until the wee morning. room = NOT soundproof. sleep was lacking

Well, breakfast was horrible. It is no breakfast. Everything was messy. Go to other places, for example America der Sul.

A really cute hostel, nice touches in the kitchen and dorm rooms. Had a little issue with the manager but the owner was great.

Great location, so can´t fault that. I do think the hostel needs a lick of paint though - the double room, though clean, was somewhat drabby and after a 12 hour flight from Europe, was not exactly a site for sore eyes ! Breakfast is poor as well - I think that could be improved at little cost. All in all, an ok hostel, but with a attention to some small details, could be a good hostel.

Back in BA is a great hostel in the trendy suburb of Palermo. Packed with designers bars, restaurants, cafes and clubs all within walking distance of the hostel it is a must stay for Buenos Aires. Really friendly staff were helpful with advice on activities and the best cafes, restaurants and bars to visit. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff was very gentle and nice, but the space of the hostel seems like claustrofobic and dark.

The hostel is nothing like the pictures shown in the website. When I arrived, the room was very dirty, a real mess, full of clothes all around. There was mold all over the walls, and the room was very hot. I thought the hostel was very disorganized, bathroom dirty and old, and there was even two girls sharing the single bad in my room! Couldn't spend more than one night there. I canceled my reservation, and went to other hostel downtown. The location is good, but all the rest is awful.

Smelly and dirty. Bed bugs. The staff were more interested in watching youtube then helping the guests.
