Overall a good hostel, stylish and very very central to main attraction and good train station. However my friend and me were not happy with the double bed room as it was smelly - as if it had not been opened in a long time - and the window was super tiny and out of reach up, which contributed to an overall sense of of claustrophobia once with closed door.

I stayed in a first floor room. Very friendly staff and great architectural design with lots of space for storage. Good location from which to explore Chinatown and Little India. Only negative comment is that room smelled musty, a condition which staffed explained was due to moisture in walls from recent construction. Overall, a good crash pad when in KL.

My first impression was when I arrived super late at night, super tired and super stressed and you guys let me check in in the morning! WOW! You guys all made me feel so welcome - from the travel advice (Roselyn even helped me plan my vacation!!!), the smiles, the free maps, telling me where to call home for cheap on xmas day to letting me hang out after check out time while I waited for my airport bus (even letting me use the shower)!^^ I really felt like a guest not a customer! THANK YOU ALL!

I had an AWESOME stay-cation over here since I came to KL 4 times back then. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or anyone who plans to be here under tight budget.

First time solo travel, the location is easy to spot. Staffs are exceptionally helpful ;) Wish the kitchen able to be more complete. Microwave perhaps? ;) Traffic ard the area is hectic. D: honks like mad during the evening.

Clean hostel quite well located close to the old part of the city. A bit further from the Petronas towers and the commercial area, but with good enough connections. Very helpful staff. During my stay there was some kind of climbing convention and a big group of young Chinese where in the hostel making quite some noise during the night and the staff did nothing, forcing other guests to take action. Good facilities and a nice common area.

A clean and neat place with all facilities provided. However, everything has its price and this is not a cheap place to stay. Good value for your money, though.

This is a hostel for grown ups. It's well designed and very clean. The coffee shop/courtyard is lovely. Breakfast is not great but overall highly recommended.

This was a very nice hostel, especilly the facillities, but there was no Wifi in the room and when we booked to beds in a doorm, we ended up getting in a dorm with dobbel beds and had to share which was a little bit wierd.

Friendly staff. Big and comfortable room (I've spent only one night in a 8 beds mix room). Clean and peaceful place. Definitely good location.

Great location, near both bus station and train. Very helpful staff, much info on where to go, how to get there, pamphlets, etc. Excellent bed set up with sturdy good ladders, fully quiet solid bunks, privacy wall at head of bed with closing doors for small storage, flashlight, keys, books, maps, even a drop down writing surface. Excellent bathrooms with separate shower stalls and separate communal long sink.... excellent plug in at each bed and at various tables, chairs, couches. PBJ, kopi, teh

Great hostel, comfy beds and great communal area but what I found confusing was how poor the Internet access is. I've been travelling in Asia for 7 weeks and this is the only hostel where you have to pay for the computers and the wifi they have is incredibly poor, unreliable and only available in the communal areas. Apart from this it's a great place to stay.

Only a short stay in Kuala Lumpur for me... two nights. However, this hostel was really comfortable and pleasant. A lot of thought and planning seems to have gone into this place. The dorms were extremely large, well-designed, clean and attractive. The nearby Indian restaurant that staff recommended was excellent. Access to the public transportation (light rail, monorail) was very good, which seems to me to be a huge blessing in KL. My advice is to stay off the roads! Traffic is impossible.

get the express train from the airport and then get a taxi to this hostel. Be very careful with the taxis tho, as they get paid so little that they dont want to get stuck on a one way street system which entails more driving, so they will drop you at 1 end of this very long, winding, and unclear which direction to go street. So ensure u have a printed map of its location on the street as several taxis tried to drop me at the wrong end of the street at another similarly named hostel
