Remind the rest of the guests to strictly observe silence at night. U could hardly fall asleep if u stay at G/F, particularly at 101.

One of the very best hostels I've ever stayed at in all of my travels. Great location, super clean, and a very friendly and helpful staff. I can't say enough good things about BackHome. I will definitely stay there again when I make it back to KL.

Very good, great location, if back in KL would stay there again

BackHome is definitely a great place to stay! I love the environment there and the staffs are friendly too. The main problem I faced was the noises from the houses behind in the morning. People's talking, chatting, even singing in the morning that's really interrupted our rest. Overall, it's a nice place to stay :)

This is a hostel that doesn't require a choice between cleanliness and atmosphere. It's got loads of shared space, as well as very comfy and clean dorms with big lockers. Being within walking distance of chinatown as well as Puduraya bus terminal are also big pluses. All in all this is a great hostel. The only real downside are in the beds in the mixed dorm, which lack curtains, so getting to bed early can be tricky if other people decide to make it a late night.

Very nice stay! Beds were realy comfy and the staff helpfull. They could clean the showers much beter for the price you pay, but if you wear flipflops it is no problem at all.Overall well done, keep up the good work :)

Stayed here for three nights in a 6 bed dorm. Rooms were VERY spacious, great locker in the room to put my things in, beds were comfortable too. The hostel is located close to Chintatown and little India as well as a couple blocks down from the train station. Really easy to navigate the city from this spot. It wasy first time in KL and first time in Malaysia, the staff were awesome at recommending places to go (and how to get there) as well as things to do that were close by. Fabulous stay.

This is a dream backpacker I have ever stayed!! Great bed, nice room and friendly staffs! Even you can own professional nightlight & socket near your bed!

Great place - close to all the main attractions but you step outside and you're in the real Kuala Lumpur, not a place manufactured for tourists. It's easy to understand why it's so highly recommended. The staff are really helpful, the facilities are clean, wireless is reliable, and the general atmosphere is outstanding. I've stayed in the 4-bed and 8-bed mixed dorms. Both are spacious, clean, comfortable and with secure lockers. Have come back for a second time and would do so again.

Excellent place; lovely staff, good location and close to train station Masjed Jamek (5 min walk) which is a good link to other parts of KL. Petaling Street Market and Central Market, and the Indian district are all nearby. I've stayed here twice so far and will do so in the future.

This is not a party hostel. Many people stay extended periods as they offer 7th night free . Fantastic hostel! Clean, great wifi connection, beautiful accommodation and big fridge to bring you own food, beer ect. They have pub crawls to get to know the city a bit and offer great advice for sight seeing and other hotels in the country. Theater room is super cozy witha huge selection!

The staff are very accommodating plus the location of the hostel is very strategic. The rates are good enough and you get free breakfast too!

Everything was perfect, excepting the homeless person screaming outside the entire night (albeit the fact that only certain rooms affected, and there wasn't anything the staff could have done about them). Nice team, good location, good feeling. Definitely would stat again!
