One of the best hostels I've ever been. Everything is just perfect.

Good hostel - very modern industrial style so I felt at home, everything was kept simple and clean. The best feature was a sink in the private double room even though we shared bathrooms. Loads of storage space in the room and security was good too. The staff were so friendly Fuddli was very helpful with directions and questions. LOKL (local) is the adjoining cafe and has AWESOME coffee and breakfast! You will need to book well ahead to get into this place as it is popular.

Great peaceful hostel, close to restaurants and just a couple of minutes from the central market and china town. The atmosphere is amazing and the courtyard in the centre is the best spot. They even have a cafe next door where you can get good food. The only point was that my room, 209, smelled mold, really bad. I was waking up with my throat soring. I alerted the front desk, and nothing happened.

I really enjoyed this hostel and will actually be going back in a couple weeks. The bathrooms were nice with hot showers. The breakfast was small but filling and the rooms were spacious and private. Really like this place!

Big, comfortable beds in 6 bed dorm. Staff could be more helpful with tourist information.

This is my 2nd time staying at BackHome, I would recommend it for sure. Rooms are spacious and clean. Huge lockers (bring your own lock) for added security. Washing facilities are co-ed (and I found that there were lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom area - beware!). Street noise is loud (both times I stayed here I had a front, street-facing room) and if you're a light sleeper this might be a problem. Sink in the room is a bonus. Located close to Chinatown (convenient but kinda sketchy).

Excellent Hostel! One of the best I've stayed at. Not a party hostel at all so perfect for chilling out. Very good location, very close to a subway station.

Really nice, clean hostel with very good facilities. They've got the little touches which make life so much easier as a backpacker (reading light, plug by your bed etc). Staff were very friendly. It's outside of KL Sentral so a map of the city and the subway would have made life a little easier. Very good coffee shop next door and lots of eating options for all budgets around. Not far from night markets,p or the main square. Not a party hostel at all so if you're looking to party, go elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff. So friendly and helpful! That gave great directions to the best food in the city. Air conditioning works great, rooms are spacious and clean.

Awesome place, very social and easy to meet people but also quiet to sleep at night. Beds are big & comfy (they have a queen size 4 bed dorm for couples!) and have their own lamps, a shelf and power in the headboard (awesome for charging your electronics safely whilst you sleep!) and staff are super helpful and friendly. Cafe right next door is a little bit pricey but good. Free tea, coffee, water 24/7, good showers, movie/chillout room, airy & bright, great location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very neat hostel and a calm place. The staff are super friendly. Near to Masjid Jamek LRT. Has very big locker space and wide beds. Enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely visit again.

A big hostel that provided a good free breakfast and was very clean. The staff could have been more informative, but overall this is a good place to stay in KL. Located near china town which was useful.
