You could not ask for nicer staff. Thia, the maid, even took me out for lunch. The Jumbo Tour with the elephant ride is a kiddie thing. Batu caves is worth it.

Above the usual standard of hostel accommodation. Plus I overheard one of the staff giving out a whole LOAD of travel information to another hostel guest. He was SO helpful.

Wonderful hostel, really the best one we've seen in Malaysia. Spacious rooms with big and sturdy beds. Very nice showers and toilets. Only disadvantage was that the blankets are quite thin so it got a little cold at night. Don't forget to bring a padlock for the lockers.

Absolutely loved this hostel. Interesting sites, good food and transportation are all within easy walking distance. The staff are enthusiastic and informative; one even took me out to try a real Malaysian breakfast which was fabulous. I would definitely return to this hostel on my next visit to KL.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This is again my repeat stay at Backhome KL. Love the 4-bedded room, the hospitality, the ambience and the people. Will be staying again Back-home in the next two weeks.

A really beautiful, modern and spacious hostel. We stayed in a private room which was really big and had private sink. Loved our time here and staff were very helpful. The road was a little dodgy so be wary once you leave, but would definitely recommend.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hostel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate all of my needs. The hostel itself is fabulous, more like a hotel than a hostel. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a little hand basin. They're spacious and quite modern. The bathrooms are clean and also quite modern. The internet connection is fast and readily available. I was also impressed with the location, quite central and accessible. I'd definitely visit again!

Location is good thou a little bit hard to find at first but it wont be a problem when you got there. It's close to China town, central market, and several tourist spots within walking distance. Staff are friendly and nice, a fancy hostel with great room and decent price.

Stylish and simple, we liked it a lot. Smart solutions for safety, for example you can load your electronic things by your bed. Clean. Good internet and compouters.

Stayed here during my 2-day transit from Indonesia to India. Around 5-minute walk from the nearest LRT. Clean and comfortable. They allowed me to do early checkin around 8am and stay up late in the common room up until 9pm before my plane leave. The staffs are really helpful and the wifi connection provided is really fast!

This hostel is the best hostel i have ever stayed in. It is a bit more pricey then the others but it was still worth it. The staff was amazing so helpful and which hostel provides (even though it wasn't arnold schwarzenegger) a security guard. It really has the atmosphere of a Hotel in every way. I would recommend it to everybody its close to a train station, pharmacy, mcdonalds and much more.

I am very impressed with the staff who are very helpful. Location is very central although the traffic noise is very hard to ignore. I would like to suggest a better (bigger and thicker) blanket for the double private room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to others.

Backhome rocks! The only negative thing I could think of about this place is the daytime road noise outside, but they do offer earplugs if you want them, and it's nice and quiet at night. Everything else about this place is spot on: nice and clean, air con, free breakfast, free wifi, lovely helpful staff - what more could you want? I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to KL.
