very clean, good location, friendly as staff which I thought were really helpful! really nice design. the beds were really comfy and your own private stand was awesome!!!

Excellent location and the atmosphere was wonderful with a lot of outdoor areas. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The staff is friendly and went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay. Good location. Beautiful hostel.

Free wifi, light breakfast, clean rooms AND bathrooms, decent location (not RIGHT 'downtown', but only about a 5 minute walk from the central market, ~15 min walk from the bars/clubs). No parking on-site, but street parking did the trick. Staff were great, very helpful, and there was really good A/C in the room (stayed in a double private, not dorm style).

Great staff. They all had fluent English or near enough to it. Bright, airy, light feel to the place with lovely open common areas, great showers, big lockers in the dorms and just really nice fellow travellers stayed there. Very comfortable. I was always greeted and met by a smile at reception.

the architecture is great, you would be tempted to just stay inside the hostel and forget that you are in KLfor other things. i would definitely come back

The staff were really helpful, suggesting bus companies and giving directions. The dorm was incredibly spacious, clean and very comfortable. The cubby-hole headboard with personal plug, light and fold out mini table/tray was practical too. I loved the concrete, minimalist decor and laid-back feeling of the open-air courtyard (very zen), I felt completely comfortable and at home. So pleased, I have already recommended it to friends!

Everything was perfect! I really enjoyed the experience. Hope they keep on providing such a good service!

I was concerned that the A/C pointed directly at my face in bed as this way is easy to get sick. Everything else was great! Just a little disconcerting how poorly GPS fairs in KL, to the point where our taxi from the airport had no idea where to go. I think if a simplified area map with landmarks and one-way indications were provided, that would likely help at least a little. Haha

Very good hostel with some finer touched that make great! Eg. Multi country powerpoint outlets (note not in every room). I am also a fan of the 'workspaces' at the end of each bed.
