We had a fantastic time in Amsterdam for my friends hen weekend-the hostel was just ideal! One thing we would say, invest in some new pillows, the ones you have are really lumpy! That's all though :) thanks!

THe room was CLEAN! Amazing! There was WIFI. It was EASY TO find. Amsterdam is a walkable city.... and this hostel is close to Leizephein and other tourist attractions! Totally recommend this place! :) The breakfast buffet in the mornings for 6.50 euros isn't a bad deal either considering how expensive Amsterdam can be....

Price quality a very good balance. Admittedly I was there in cold mid-December, so no noisy crowding around the hotel. One person bedrooms tend to be small and chicken-pen like. At Back-stage hotel the room is well organized and you have a superb view on the canals. Ideally located in the center it is at walking distance from the main theaters and other attractions.

Fantastic staff, very friendly, interesting and helpful! Had a fantastic time as the place was a central location, had brilliant rooms, great services and they always went that extra bit to help you find things to do and find the places you were looking for. Also met so many interesting people staying there as it had bands staying who were playing the paradiso, great place to meet people from all over the world in a friendly and relaxed setting. Couldn't recommend enough!
