a Lady and her mum really nice and helpfull!

Location good and hostel is clean. Liu jie and Liu mama are excellent hosts. They are very helpful in recommending places to go, and even help us plan our route for our next destination to Hualien. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Liu mama for your taiyang bing!

Nice hostel, very homey and Clean, the owner + the owner's mom are very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here, as its easy from subway and in the middle of the cities. The room is very tidy and clean. Staying two nites here, with good sleeps. I will recommend others to stay here whenever you visit Kaohsiung.

it's small ,and not much space for travelers to stay except room.maybe it will be good to add some tables and chairs in the dorm. Moreover,there is no wifi in 3rd floor.

Staffs are very nice, the location is good, they are just near the MTR station...The common area is good also, can read books and chat with others~~But the dorm does not have light in each bed, need to use torch into the room...

staff is super nice!!! and this hostel is close to MRT station(R8) really easy to find it strongly recommendation! i'm really happy for meeting a lot of interesting peoples in this hostel. By the way, you can find a Ukulele in this hostel and you could learn how to play Ukulele. it's really interesting.

It was perfect! The boss invited us to Liuhe night market. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Situated at a very good location, near to the MRT. The hostel is clean with a living room for the guests to mix around and chat. Joanna the owner of the hostel is very nice and kind enough to tell us on all the good places to eat, shop and chill out.

The hostel was great! The host helps us with our itinerary in Kaohsiung and provided answer to some of our questions regarding Kaohsiung city. The hostel has good facilities, including 2 public pc, well-equiped kitchen, a automatically-locked door and so on. However, the wifi wasn't working for us. Location wise, it is very close to Sanduo MRT station.

It was a fantastic stay that we had at backpacker 41. we met amazing staff and friends who took us to the night market. we really had a feeling of being at home!!! Besides this, it is excelently located (very close to the R8 station) and very clean. strongly recommended!

The owner are so lovely, they helped me out for my short stay. I'll defiantly recommend this to hostel to others!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOSTEL!!! It feels so much like home! The owners, Ms. Liu and her mom, were super nice and it's as if I'm home-staying at their house. The rooms were very clean and so were the bathrooms. Lovely kitchen and living room. The location is just amazing, with literally a block or two from the MRT station. You can even rent bikes near the station and bike all over the city. Again, the staff was just amazing and did not hesitate to help at all with literally anything you need.

we felt so much at home at backpacker 41! The hostel is soooo easy to locate. Liu Jie and her mom are the sweetest and kindest hosts we have ever met. Slight comments though, the mattress is not thick enough and the bed frame causes noises when one moves, tosses and turns in bed. And there is lack of wiFi service in the bedroom. But overall it was a pretty decent & comfortable stay at backpacker 41 =)

Staff is great. Owner is nice. Close to the MRT line. Everyone is pretty friendly there.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hostel location was about 2-3 blocks from the Metro station. The facilities are very clean.

Staff are very warm and friendly. They treat us like family.
