Good hostel with two very welcoming and friendly owners. The place lacked atmosphere but I put that down to it being the low season - on the plus side I got a private room for the price of a dorm! Really good location just 5 minutes by bus to Manuel Antonio National Park, with the bus costing $0.50. Great place to see the park from!
I liked being between Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park, both an easy, cheap bus ride from Flor Blanca. One of the owners, Daniel, drove me back to Quepos when the two banks where I tried my ATM didn't accept it; he knew another one that would. Whew! The small tiled swimming pool is a delight. The dorm is basic but spacious. You may be living out of your suitcase if the dorm is full. Dorm, kitchen, covered eating area pool all on the same level. Watch the top step which is shallower than the rest.
It's a perfect place to stay in Manuel Antonio! Up on the hill and good to reach both sides quepos and manuel antonio. The staff is nice, helpful and they try to make your stay the best ever. And they did!
Located in the middle of the road linking MA park/beach and Quepos, this is more a hotel than a hostel / backpacker place... Rooms are good & there is a pool, breakfast is ok. But no real atmosphere. Convenient to walk around or grab bus to the beach or town.
