Excellent location good facilities nice people and good recommendation

Perfect place to stay in Melaka, had all the facilities needed and it felt very secure and safe. Sean (the owner) was so amazing! He went out of his way to help us with our trip and tried to make us feel comfortable and at home. Would highly recommend to any backpacker.

Really good hostel for backpacker!

The hostel is nothing special, the rooms have no windows and the showers are not very handy... With that said thou, Sean is makingthis place so much better than it potentially could have been. The location is great, and Sean is just so helpful with everything and even gave us a little guided tour from the window of what to see in Malaka. You rock SEAN, keep up being amazingly nice and hillarious!

It\'s my first time doing solo travel and also first time choosing backpacker type of accommodation. I am lucky to have this hostel as my first place to stay in. It\'s clean, neat, organized and super friendly. The host Sean is Malaysian but his family were from China. He can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin very fluently. Melaka can be busy around weekend but during week days it\'s peaceful. Sean did me a favor to change my room into a much more comfortable room with air con and it is of bigger size.

Rooms facing the street very bad as it was not sound proof, and couldn't sleep well. people were playing music till wee hours of the night and the cars honking sounds woke me up in the morning. There were lots of hair on bed when I first booked in, clealiness is an issue.

Boss as he is called and his actual Boss Sean are wonderful people .Sean can be a condescending at times but its all in good humor and he is extremely helpful and kind They took great care of us. The hostel was very clean, accessible and had simple rules. Only thing I missed was seeing the India flag amongst the list of flags displayed there. So Sean, please do put one.  I will surely recommend this hostel to all I know. And when I am back in Malacca, I will be happy to stay here again.

Sean is wonderful and his staff was great! We had a great time in Melaka and staying here truly made it a fab stay :)

soooooooooooo excellent!!! every staff is so nice to guests! and everyday room was cleaned. the location is exactly in the center of mahkotapalza and dutch suqare, it's convenient to walk. mixed room is in the 1st floor so wi-fi is not that strong but it's ok i think this is soooooooo reasonable hostel in melaka. i totally recommend!!!

Very friendly, helpful manager. The room was very basic in terms of furniture and aesthetic-wise, and there were no windows, which made it not as nice to stay in the room. Nevertheless, it was clean and everything was provided.

We had the best time imaginable here, Sean and Bossman are the best! They let us have a party one night and even went at one in the morning to get us some whisky - legends! Great location, nice clean rooms and good common area - Sean has great local and national knowledge and even bought us a Malay meal on our first night. Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice and friendly staff, a great atmosphere from the beginning on.

Location is very good to see around melaka.its about 10minutes to christ church and china town on foot. And they have a hot shower and security box.staff is very very kind to me.I wanna stay this hostel once more!
