The location was really close to the train station and beach which was a major plus to me but they required a 20 euro deposit per set of keys which I thought was so much. They have a security box inside the room but it is tiny. It's probably about a 7" x 5" x 7". There were no lockers to put your bags in.

I've stayed in a LOT of hostels, and this is one of the WORST ever Pros: - 5 min walk from the train station. Issues: - Not backpacker friendly, no computers, no wifi in rooms, no common areas, no travel info - VERY limited english - TERRIBLE service, un-accomodating, kicks you out of rooms at 11, wouldn't let us shower after checkout - no luggage storage - 2 toilets for 7 rooms. TOILET HAS NO SINK! You have to touch TWO door nobs before washing your hands! Terrible.

Very clean place, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing to complain. If we had stayed longer, a nice living room would have been a nice thing to have though.

My friends and I spent 3 nights with Chez Patrik on a several week trip backpacking through Europe. It's been a week since our stay there and we all talk about how we miss it. The staff is absolutely spectacular, offered to do our laundry overnight, and also very helpful in terms of planning days and nights out. The hostel is the cleanest that I have stayed in and the bathrooms couldn't be better. It does lack a kitchen and some of the more fun amenities of other hostels, but worked for us.

A very small hostel but is very clean and does the job of staying for a night or two. The hostel is very close to the train station and is within walking distance to the old town/beach. However, wireless internet reception is quite weak, and can only get the signal near the reception desk. No kitchen nor breakfast available. They do have a small fridge and a coffee vending machine. The staff are quite friendly, but is hardly around.
