the location was ok, the staff also and the kitchen area is a nice place to socialise while cooking. the only bad thing is that it was verrry cold! especially in winter periods. but that's a mediterreanean thing with not having central heating, so I can't blame the hostel

My experience in general was great. The hotel is in an excellent location, the beds and showers were very clean. It was all very comfortable. I only had one minor problem: the light sensor at one of the showers wasn't working properly and the light turned off in the middle of my shower. When I asked a staff memebet about it, she wasn't very nice. But she was the only one! The rest of the staff was accommodating & helpful.

Very happy to have found you and I intend make this my hostel of choice for any further trips back to Barcelona. It really suits me having a quiet place, good wifi, big locker, comfortable surroundings, etc. Thanks a million!

Very nice hostel, decently clean but had some issues with providing enough toliet paper. They have free computers for guests to use which is very convenient and it's right next to a subway station but is also a 15min walk from one of the main train stations.

Wifi signal was quite weak once you left reception's, and then you still have to go upstairs to enter the room via the kitchen. Also the design of the hostel wasn't tempting to meet other travelers. Not that it will be easy though, because Barcelona attracts way too many stereotypical buttheads who care only about themselves. I have never seen it so sterile and always had better experiences in the many other hostels I have been to in the entire world.

Blaming the hostel for your personal experiences is not fair. We have two big common areas, apart from the kitchen, where people like to sit and chat. Fortunately, you are one of the few who have this opinion, because most people love the hostel and appreciate the work we do. You were in the hostel just one night. I don't think it is enough to have such opinion.

Pretty good place to stay, back was a bit sore from the bed but facilities were good, never had to wait for a bathroom and the location is pretty central, very close to a metro.
