This was a very good choice.You won't have any surprises if you read the description and reviews.I guarantee the 24hr reception is for real!We arrived at 5am and the staff was very nice about it (answered the door quickly and we were in bed in less than 5min).The only thing that was you might not find here is the atmosphere-this is indeed a quiet hostel which for me was great because I was there with my friend,but if you go alone don't count on meeting people to hang out with in the hostel.This was a very good choice.You won't have any surprises if you read the description and reviews.I guarantee the 24hr reception is for real!We arrived at 5am and the staff was very nice about it (answered the door quickly and we were in bed in less than 5min).The only thing that was you might not find here is the atmosphere-this is indeed a quiet hostel which for me was great because I was there with my friend,but if you go alone don't count on meeting people to hang out with in the hostel....Close

Just picked the cheapest one but couldn\'t believe my luck when i got there. Lovely place that even provided free internet and breakfast. Most importantly the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location near the central bus station and EASY walking distance of the city center. We arrived at 2am and the staff took the time to sit down for 15mins with a map and point out places of interest. Local knowledge at its best. One of the cleanest hostels I've ever stayed in with clean beds, clean bathrooms, and a cute breakfast/sitting/game room. Breakfast is European style of toast, coffee/tea, small muffin and juice. Entrance a bit difficult to fine but right next to The Praktik sign.Great location near the central bus station and EASY walking distance of the city center. Great hostel. Building has a lot of charactor. Wonderful staff. Very clean. The only thing I did not like was the showers. They were either scalding hot or ice cold. This made it impossible to take a shower. They should call in a plumber and get this problem fixed ASAP. Great hostel. Building has a lot of charactor. Wonderful staff. Very clean. Excellent! The staff were really friendly and really accomodating. They helped me lots and even arranged breakfast for me a long time before it was due owing to the fact I had to leave very early in the mornings. Very polite and genuine. It has a lovely terrace out the back which is also a lovely peaceful place to start the day. Many thanks all you staff there. Will see you again some time. Peace, love and light! Robert.Excellent! Backpackers BCN Diputacio was undoubtedly the best hostel I have ever been. Since our arrival there we were very well welcomed. We were surprised with the nice environment, with room with not to many beds and clean toilets and bathrooms, and with lockers inside the rooms. If a friend of mine asks me an advice about a hostel in Barcelona, my answer will be: Backpackers BCN Diputacio is THE ONE. Nice hostel, nice people, nice location.
