Very nice hostel just a few steps next to the Avenida Monsegnior Tabosa. The owners are very friendly and they also speak good english. Initially, we booked 1 night via internet as we were suspicious: it was very cheap so we did not expect very much but we stayed for 5 nights. We were very pleased!! You had everything you need for a very good price! The Brazilian owners were very friendly and gave you advise about things to do and not to do! We would definitely recommend this hostel and would stay there again when in Fortaleza! The woman there was very helpful with good english. did not encounter any problems coming home at night but probably need to be a bit careful. Its a very nice hostel with a great staff. The location is not the best but its only a short walk to the beach and two blocks from the bus if you wanna go to a better beach. The kitchen is good enough to cook your own meal and the bedrooms are cleanIts a very nice hostel with a great staff. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Location is not the best, as the nicer part of town and the good beaches are further south and there are a lot of sketchy people wandering around the area and begging. Private single room was fine, as was triple room. Clean, no hot water but not usually necessary given the heat. No computers or breakfast, but given the lower price it´s OK. Very noisy in the mornings (6-9 AM) because it is located right next to a busy street.Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a basic hostel but serves its purpose really well if you need cheap accommodation in Fortaleza. It is out of the way from the main beaches but there is a bus that runs past the hostel that takes about 10 minutes to the main area of Fortaleza.
