Doña Maria was really nice and helpful, knowledge of the town was excellent. Good accommodation and decor, very chilled out hostel. Would definitely recommend it. Good value for money. Thank you very much. Luis and Zoe

Very basic but not a bad place to stay because it is so affordable. Very friendly staff.

you get what you pay but is was nice hostel, good location, easygoing atmosphere, cheap!only wierd thing that you had to pay your own toilet paper!

Adorei! Tem hospedes brasileiros também. A padaria e a mercearia que abrem às 06:00 vendem cariocas, mortadela, fatias de queijo, mamão etc. Two security doors to enter but internal door locks not so robust. Good bus options. Run by fantastic Dona Maria. Good bakery and grocer near the Mercado Central. Wifi works well, sadly only one TV showing Verdes Mares (Globo), no SBT, Record, or TVBrasil. Nice Coffee and kitchen to fix up a meal. Book through HOSTELWORLD easy! Albergue website difficult.

very nice place. carlos the owner was very warm welcoming, patient. the rooms are simple and painted nicely. the bathroom and toilet are shared but clean
