It just felt like it was an in and out kind of place. Not really a place that was welcoming and warm but a stay for a night and get the heck out.

awesome hostel!! the manager is AMAZING!! so friendly and goes out of his way to do anything for you AND remember your name! kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need, plus free tea or coffee! nice lounge area and free internet vouchers! also has off street parking! highly recommend this place!

good location-only a few minutes walk from the bus station and the main part of town. staff were very helpful, the place was nice and clean, good kitchen and lounge area, a bit of free wifi, really good hostel to stay in

5 bed dorm was a too small for that many beds and there was no window so it got extremely hot. The only other downfall was that there were coed bathrooms which was a little awkward. Staff are extremely friendly and overall our stay was good.

Nicest staff you will ever meet. Excellent beds, with keycards for all rooms, and pin access for nighttime. Nice clean kitchen, and free internet. 5 mins walk from Hamilton central - ideal place to stay. Highly recommend this place.

This was my first experience using a hostel and I was quite pleased. Very cheap and accessible and I will definitely be using Backpackers again!
