Excellent atmosphere, brilliant staff. Both dorm and private room were clean, spacious and have a great views of Table Mountain. Although not on in centre of town, only a short work to Long Street, train station and main attractions. Great stay, made our new year one of the best ever!!!! Cape Town is both lively and beautiful, would recommend Cape Town and District Six Backpackers to anyone!

The room was above a Pub and very loud. Every second day music till loud music till 2AM. On Saturday the music was louder then all the other days. I was told from stuff, that the music is about 2 times a week. That was not true: every second day and SA+SUN. I would not recommend this hostel if you would like to get some sleep.
