Good hostel but a little strict with the rules, no food or drinks in the main livingroom. Sitting in the kitchen or outside when its a bit cold is not ideal.

Very helpfull staff and a very spacious building were the two main tops for my stay in this hostel. It was also clean and provided everything You could need. Miraflores is a very safe neighbourhoud, even at night.

Overall a great stay, is a nice quiet hostel not too far from the action of mirafloras. The double room was clean and bright. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and overall was a nice hostel. Only disappointment with that WiFi didn't work in rooms. The staff were very helpful in providing maps, restaurants and advice on what to see and so.

Good location in a quiet part of Miraflores although a little hard to find. The staff was understanding when I accidentally screwed up my booking.

This is a superb hostel in a great location in the popular district of Miraflores, situated near all the main bars/restaurants and shops but also on a quiet street and close to the sea. It is very clean with good internet facilities, comfy beds and breakfast thrown in. The best thing is the staff who were friendly and helpful and able to advise you on anything about Lima other places in Peru. They also arranged a taxi pick up at the airport as well. I will be recommending this hostel to friends.

Very helpful staff, booked our bus tickets for us and had them dropped off, recommended places to eat, go,see, do. Hostel had great bikes to hire! We only had one night but had a lovely time. Very old building and prob needs doing up but wasn't a major issue, still clean!! Would go back

I love this place and the staff is really nice. Everything you need you will find here. There is as well a basic breakfast included, a good start in the morning. When i'm going back to Lima ... I will stay here again. Wifi is ok, rooms are ok, futbolin, kitchen, outside tables, inside lounge with 42" flat screen. I felt at home. What else do you need?

Family Backpackers was a lovely hostel, a bit out of the way but the staff were very friendly and very funny, they can help with recommendations for local restaurants and site seeing and are very friendly and always up for a chat. The hostel has a very clean and usable kitchen as well.

Excellent friendly, helpful staff who speak good English. Good value for money in a quiet location (except for the construction around the hostel). I would recommend this hostel and return myself one day.

Great location near the beach although the hostel is a bit difficult to find when first arriving. Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms. Friendly staff & comfy beds!

Great staff. Average location in a good neighborhood. The facilities are not so great, the're kind of old and in bad shape. But still, the hostel is not bad at all. There is good atmosphere, places to chill out and meet other travellers. We stayed for 1 night.

Good hostal, 25min walk to the shoppingmall of Miraflores. We did not sleep there because our flight was rescheduled but did make a deal with the owner to only pay the half of the night so we could use the room for storing our bags and change clothes. Hostal looked like a nice place to stay for a longer period of time, lots of young people and a good place to sit and relax.

Staff very helpful. Felt safe at the hostel, was only there for one night but was a nice area. Arranged airport pickup which was on time and decent price. Would stay there again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and resourceful. The accommodations were good. The only things I did not love were; 1) they advertised a free breakfast and when we got downstairs there was a piece of bread- they had run out of enough for all of us 2) Miraflores is a great location but the hostel was not very close to city center. You had to walk a good 20 minutes to get to the downtown area- which is fine! We enjoyed the walk but we thought it would be closer to town than it actually was.

The facilities were very good for the money and the hostel fostered a great sense of camaraderie. I made a few friends in my time there and felt very safe. One point for improvement, a bigger sign at the front would help first time guests to find the location easier.

A nice hostel but lacked a social atmosphere. A bit further from Park Kennedy but awesome location above the cliffs.
