The person that received us was very cold. Our room was also cold since the heating system was somehow broken (it was warmer in the corridors than in our room). And we paid for a double bed but we got a room with 3 beds. It was clean but not as cosy as we were expecting. Meh.

Nothing special. No 24 hour reception like the website said. Which was also really bad because we didn't bring towels and were expecting to rent some from reception. Ended up having to use a t-shirt. No one bother us though which was cool.

The staff was not friendly, not helpful, and hardly ever at the hostel. The rooms were nice and very clean. The location was good, but in such a small city any location is pretty good for sightseeing and nightlife. It was quiet and not a very social hostel. It was fine, but I was hoping for something more user-friendly.

Ostello accogliente e pulito. vicinissimo al centro. Unica pecca: non c'erano gli asciugamani e neanche un tappetino nel bagno. Nice hostel. Clean. Very close to the city centre. Flaw. you have to pay for towels

You feel like to be at home. It doesnt look like a real hostal. I recommend it!!

Excellent lOcation for a great price! Hostel itself is quite- you are better off spending time outside! Very clean and felt safe all the time!

Very basic and essencial. The staff is simply invisible. It's not like an hostel, expensive too.

Do Not stay here!!! The staff is extreamly rude, it was full of mosquitos and they didn't even have a city map. Not to mention you couldn't pay with credit card when they anounce you can.We had booked for two nights but we decided to leave this place in night one. They are literally stealing your money.
