We got in very late from a long flight and the owner wouldn't let us put our bags away/change until we paid, like we were going to abandon our luggage... Thought that was a bit inhospitable! Instead, he told us where the nearest international ATM was as we had to leave our luggage in the front reception area (blocking the way for anyone else to try in walk past). So, we had to open up our luggage there for the extra items we needed because it was freezing outside. Other than that it was okay.
