Very accommodating staff, lots of amenities, the bathroom sinks upstairs were kind of weird, but otherwise a pretty great place.

Ino's Place was a great place to stay during my time. It was a really cozy place, fairly close to Sapporo, kind staff, clean facilities, and a nice kitchen for storing and cooking food if you're someone who cooks.
