The hostel is a bit complicated to find. The rooms are absokutely awful. Beds are uncomfortables and you don't have privacy. Plus there is no free air conditioner which means it's awfully hot in there. The only great think about this hostel is the common space and the free coffee (actually the one and only free thing in the hostel!). To sum up, it was not worth the money spent.
Loved the common area And facilities. So pleasant! But didn't like the rush of the check out.
The downstairs area was nice and I appreciated the use of a good computer and kitchen. Not as much fun as I'd expected from the reviews though. Too many rules!
This hostel has everything you could need as well as fantastic staff. The location is a little out of the centre (a couple of minutes on the metro) but this doesn't matter at all. The owners went out of their way to help me and make my stay as pleasant as possible. This was definitely one of my favourite hostels in Japan.
It wasn't a great experience: the place is clean and quite close to the center by few metro stops. The fact is price is very high for what they offer, the staff isn't so helpfull, wifi doens't work so well, but the most unpleasent thing is: you can't basically use anything (includeed coffee&tea which is written here free 24hours) without leaving coins. At every corner you will find a bucket or something where is written "please support us" (begging money as the price you pay isn't enough.
