I stayed at the backpackers hostel during one night. If I hadn't arrived in the middle of the night, I wouldn't have stayed at all. The room was extremely hot, shower was not good and worst of all the beds were full of bed bugs. Unfortunately I noticed this in the morning and had to wash out all my belongings.

Pros: Excellent atmosphere Nice employees Nice travelers through all ages Colourful building Good common areas with swimming pool and bar, roof terrace. Cons: more than 20 US$ per night for: no fan working, no aircon Shower is flooding the toilet and vice versa Kitchen is very poorly equipped Breakfast average (probably “good” for Argentina, but if you are used to a real good breakfast …) Dinner (included in price) can be in quite small quantities, that’s no good after a hard day of

We had a great time at this hostel. Breakfast is great, dinner average but who can complain at a free dinner! Its a great place to meet people and has good facilities, 5-10 min walk to the centre of town. They put on a great party for New Year too, just a shame the bathroom wasnt cleaned during our stay!!

I enjoyed my stay here however I found the hostel to be a bit impersonal. Most of the staff arent very friendly and while there are a lot of nice communal areas, the hostel is a bit of a maze like others have said. Its not as sociable as other hostels I have been to but it is still fairly easy to meet people and the free dinners are good.

The hostel is 10 minutes by foot from the main square. The staff was very helpfull and nice. They offer free dinner every night (empanadas or chicken). They clean the rooms everyday. The breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. The airport is 10 min by taxi.

Staff is very friendly. I arrived at 7am after and all night bus ride, and the guy at the front desk let me have breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready. There's an outdoor deck and a bar area and a dinner every night, so it's a good place to meet people. It's about a 5-10 min walk to the main plaza and about 15 min to the bus station.

Very nice staff! Lively hostel, a bit far from the bus terminal especially if your suitcase is heavy...Free dinner is provided. There is a bar near the swimming pool.

All in all, average backpacker's hostel. Had a nice outdoor area and patio, but facilities like room/bathroom are quite dirty. Not located far from the bus station but not very central either. Breakfast consists of the usual bread with coffee/tea selections. I noticed their beer prices in the bar are quite high. The wifi is decent in the living room area. Possibly easy to meet people, however the hostel is quite big and like a maze so you sometimes don't see people after the first time.

It´s very informal. Sometimes the person at the desk will show you around, sometimes not. If not, just ask them . Overall the staff is nice. Food is decent. For dinner, over 3 nights, had empanadas, pizza, and chicken salad on last night. Breakfast is bread, jam, coffee, etc. Beds were ok, sheets were clean. Problems with plumbing, getting hot water. Great place to meet other people. Kinda shady at nights. A few blocks from main square. Decent stay.
