The room is ok, it's private room. Bathrooms are enough to accommodate guests. The staff are friendly. Only cleanliness that I found not enough, I found dust and something like cigarettes ash in my bed. I do hope they improve cleanliness. Thank you for the nice stay. :)

The bedroom is very comfortable but the toilet is rather smelly. There is no spray or bidet spray for the toilet. The shower is mixed between female and male which is rather uncomfortable. But the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is great -near station and valued restaurant for breakfast- Overall review is good for the value of the money.

Great place. Only thing i have to say as a con is that they dont have curtains for a bit of privacy for each dorm bed

Room doors are thin, so u can hear a lot of noise in the hallways, which is a problem if trying to sleep at a decent time.

This hostel was excellent value for money, especially considering each person gets a private room. Good location, close to public transport, restaurants etc. Nice common area for hanging out, playing computer games, kitchen is small but usable. There can sometimes be a wait for the showers. I would recommend this place/stay here again.

This hostel is a great value for your money. However, you get what you paid for and the atmoshpere and cleanliness of the hostel is lacking. I did liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful but some of the other guests and residents were quite rude or loud during quiet hours. Nice thing is you do have your own room, no dorms, but the walls are very, very thing and you can hear your neighbor. Overall, it is a decent, cheap place 10 mins from Den-Den Town.

This is a good place to stay mostly due to its location. especially if you are going to or from Narita Airport. The staff are very helpful and have great english. No complaints other than its a bit annoying to have to go down to the main floor to take a shower, but thats really not a big deal. Would def stay here again next time in in Osaka!

Pros: great value, right next to a subway station, kind helpful staff. I had my own (albeit tiny) room, the bathrooms and showers were reasonably clean. Cons: the neighborhood is nothing special, and the metro closes at midnight, so it's difficult to have a night out without succumbing to an expensive cab ride or staying out until the metro reopens at 5am. For such a low price, this place is well worth it.

Anyone who complains about this hostel is spoiled. Or just imbalanced with thier travel experience. Also, go to spaworld if you want your mind blown. Folks trying to make it on the cheap can find dozens of places in walking distance for 1000 - 1500. Also some higher. I just throw it out to chill you out! English will be limited. Still, probably the best option if you need to get your feet under you.

Awesome friendly staff. Great value for money. And an awesome okonomiyaki place right next door. Definitely coming back here if I ever go back to Osaka.

Everything was clean and that was much appreciated. There are not enough showers, the walls are very thin, but it is worth the price. The disappointing thing was the staff. We asked for help booking a bus, and were immediately given a disclaimer about how the hotel could not be held responsible, they don't usually offer that service, and we would be to blame for any problems etc. Was a shock after the Japanese hospitality we have enjoyed before, especially when we just wanted to make inquiries.

The staff was super helpful and spoke English fluently. The single bedroom setup could potentially be a hindrance to making initial acquaintances, but I was able to meet some interesting people in the lobby and common areas.
