We went on a trip with the Trvale Agency connected to the Hostel. We were promised a refund for the one night we stayed out and that our beds would still be there when we got back home. When we got back our beds were taken, and almost everywhere in the city was fully booked. When we asked for a refund, we were told by a very unprofessional staff member that we could only get a 50% refund for the night that we had already paid 100% for. Would not recommend..

The foreign staff was great help but the locals whom work at the front desk arent the nicest people around! The bar was great but you can find cheaper, nicer hotels on the same street and just use their bar

Great place to meet people- close to the action. This being said if you want to sleep before five a.m go to a guesthouse.

This is a great hostel in a good location with a fun party vibe downstairs at night.

Wifi connection very poor - no access! No shower curtain around bath means bathroom floor is constantly wet.

Decent hostel. The location is stellar (only two blocks from the beach) and really close to the city's main restaurants, bars, and a number of great street eats. Gets a bit rowdy given its proximity to bars and because of its clientel (us included), but if you stay here you're probably expecting more of a party crowd. Staff were efficient, but we found their brusque manner a bit off-putting.

Wifi didn't work all the time, good breakfast, shower a bit dirty. Pretty loud due to the club that belongs to the hostel. Real backpacker atmosphere.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Place is crawling with bed bugs. I stayed 1night in the "Deluxe Female Dorm". I got eaten alive in the night by bed bugs and on inspection in the morning, I found the nasty bloodsuckers. The next day I told the guy at reception. I had to google it for him and he didn't seem to see a problem. The next night i also got bitten in the mixed dorm where the bathroom was the most disgusting I've seen yet (pubes all over the floor). Staff rude and unhelpful. Don't bother.

We booked on hostel world and when arrived were told that they had over booked so they took us to a hostel around the corner but we went back to the hostel for breakfast and use of facilities! Staff were ok but tried to charge us for 3 people when there was 2 of us! Also the tour agency opposite booked us on the wrong tour so we had a wasted last day here!! Wouldn't choose to stay here again!

Overall, the hostel was one of the better ones we stayed at in Vietnam. It was within close proximity to the beach and restaurants/street food. And a short trip to the local markets. Oh, and the bar downstairs was an excellent touch.

Really great hostel in the heart of the backpacker area in Nha Trangl! Staff are very welcoming and helpful especially andrew at reception. Tourist agency is right across from it (booze cruise is highly recommended). Shared dorms are cleaned everyday. Free drink card is given when you check in to be used at the 'red apple bar' below the hostel. Free breakfast included is another bonus.
