Everything was great, and two things would bring this hostel from good to perfect: ● there was no blind nor curtain in our room, and with the window facing the street light it was a real issue. We were able to overcome it using a few towels stuck in the window frame ~ but this was not really ideal ● the bedding were nice and ferm but a bit too bumpy ~ a thin additional (optional?) layer would have been appreciated by our back!

We stayed at the character-filled Backpackers Inside Home which is a Hanok type structure and it was great. The Ondol flooring was heavenly. It kept the room warm throughout the night. Our room had a mini ref, a kitchen, a stove, a microwave oven, a tv and a computer. Wifi was available everywhere. The bathroom was a bit small but it wasn't a problem. The hot water wasn't consistently hot but that wasn't an issue either. Overall, great value-for-money! we are definitely going back to B-Inside!

This place is way beyond my expectation. I stay in the other building (which has better location IMO cause it's just along the main street) and I even got my own Korean style living room (shared with one room in front of mine) so it felt very homey. Min was really nice and funny, and the other staff was also helpful. Bus station is only a minute walk away, and the subway is around 5 mins walk away. You can find various places to eat and to shop. Seriously, stay at this place! Highly recommended!

The staff's command of English was very good and they were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and floor heating was awesome. I would definitely recommend INSIDE to anyone going on a budget holiday to Seoul.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I really have my privacy with all necessary items in my private room. The wifi coverage is great so that I can contact my families freely. However, I got bitten by mosquito on my lips and that's very bad.

It was my 2nd time to stay at Backpackers Inside and there are reasons why I chose to stay there again. The location is really very convenient and near some tourist spots and train stations. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The amenities were clean and functional. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Seoul.

No soap, toothpaste, shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms. So pack your own :) Private double room was great, small but all you need. Mattress was amazing! Great place!

The location is good! There are lots of shops and restaurants near the hostel! However, there were some Mosquitos in the room, it will be better if there weren't. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hope that I can visit the guesthouse again :)

My family enjoyed our stay in the traditional house setting though we thought we were going to stay in the other newer building. But anyhow the location was great as it was walking distance from 2 palaces and a famous toppoki store that korean pop H.O.T. visited before. The only down side was mould that could be found in the old korean house. If I have a choice I would prefer a newer building.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit too small, but the living area is great and makes up for it. Gets a bit crowded in the shower room in the morning. The neighbourhood is lively, there are a lot of students from the nearby campus, and you find some good shops and eateries of all kinds. Good bus and subway connections. Overall I would recommend to stay here if you are looking for an inexpensive place and are not planning to spend a lot of time at the hostel.
