Hostel was clean and our room (twin private) was equipped with a TV/computer, stove+sink, and a small refrigerator. The bed was really comfortable. Staffs were really friendly and gave good advice. No complains at all with regard to the facilities/staff. Location was good although we got lost trying to locate it at night. Instructions to getting there could have been clearer (e.g. walk towards faceshop (which will be on the left)...)

Super nice and cosy hostel. Britt, Minyong, Mia and Jieong (seriously, I still dont know how to write her name) are the nicest staff ever. Only hostel I've been to here in Asia that has a kitchen. Free breakfast and towels - such a luxury! Close to the metro and shopping opportunities. If you have question, ask the staff, they know for sure!

The staff treats you so kindly and welcomes you to their public outings. They have informal and spontaneous movie, game, or movie nights. The owners printed out maps for me to go to a nearby Korean bath and made reservations and printed me a map and directions to go to a friendly guesthouse in another part of Korea. The area in which the hostel is located is near a university and seemed very safe. They also respect guests' religions and cultures. I've already made reservations to go back.

We love the self-with kitchen! The living room is also great!! All of us had fun there. There're lots of interesting small decorations. The boss left us great impression as from the pictures on the wall, we found he had been to so many interesting places and he lived in Africa for one month. All his pictures are amazing! The only sadness is that the gap between ensuit twin bedroon and twin beds domi. The domi is too small but it's only 60rmb cheaper.we recomend the ensuit cause it worth money!

I enjoyed my stay at backpackers inside very much. It is such a great place and the staff is super friendly and nice. The atmosphere is great. The location is perfekt to explore Seoul. It is clean and the prices are very student/ low budget friendly. I will highly recommend this hostel to all my friends who will be going to Seoul... I hope I can come back one day... Thanks for everything guys!

Even though I basically only went back to Backpackers INSIDE to sleep, I loved the hostel. Everyone who worked there or was staying there was extremely friendly and fun to hang out with when I did have some time to spend in the hostel. I definitely want to go back and stay there again.

It has been one of my most amazing hostel stays considering this is my first time traveling alone. PLUS at Backpackers Inside, you don't have to be afraid of finding out how to get from one place to another in Seoul, or eateries and places to visit because the staffs are incredibly friendly and they will try their best to ensure that we are well taken care of. It is also a place where you can mingle around and make friends from other countries. The only setback? Not enough Asians.

Great hostel, staff and value for money. The location is excellent, easy to find and nearby everything like palaces, shopping districts, 24/7 grocers, great restaurants and lively surrounding due to its proximity to Sungkyunkwan University. The heating system is pretty efficient, cleanliness is spotless and the staff's willingness to help is remarkable. They have lots of maps and tour aids to help you. Special thanks to Juyeon as she was not around when I checked out.

I think I was unlucky, but I didn't get any sleep at all during night time, because of all the noise my dorm mates made during the night and had to get my sleep during the hours before lunch. A lot of lights was going on and off and much commotion. The first night a guy flooded the bathroom when puking from drinking to much soyu. And there wasn't any hot water the first day (some smart ass had turned it off and the first staff guy didn't know how to fix it...) But maybe I only was very unlucky...

We had an amazing time at Backpackers. The staff was really nice and went the extra mile to help us get to where we wanted to go and feel real comfortable. Britt brought us out to food and even hooked us up with watching the Super Bowl in the common room! The other guests were also great and I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. Definitely would go back and I recommend it to anyone travelling in Seoul.

Even though we just stayed there for one night, we really love it..the staff is really nice & helpful..the location is really strategic & perfect: near to many tourist attraction places like three main palaces, deongdaemun & myeondong by Hyehwa subway...it also near to SungKwunKwan University..the room is really clean & warm..all I can say is this guesthouse just perfect to all backpackers.

I went to backpacker inside on 31th jan to 5th feb, i booked the private 2 bed room. It is very great. The atmosphere is very good. And,backpacker inside locates near the HyeHwa station. But the bad thing is the private bed room separate to the main building. It walk 1-2 minutes to the main buliding of the backpacker inside.

This is a good hostel, I choose it as I think Hyehwa is the nicest area of Seoul. I was in a single room in another building which took away some of the atmosphere of being in the hostel itself. However, the room had its own computer and place to cook. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.
