The hotel is very clean and the location is excellent. China Town is the best place to stay, most of us will come again. But the blanket is so slim, I was very cold. Also thank you for your service.

- was not instructed to use the facilities,When asking 1 staff, (s)he told me to ask another staff - I was arranged to stay in the upper bed when arriving & on the 2nd night I asked to change the bed as my bed is on a curtain away of the male bed & he was snore. However, the staff did not change the bed purposely ( I saw a lot of available beds, a Philipin girl was changed her bed and one of the staff is snore) - ALWAYS asked to pay while I was not checked out - Loud noise from staff talking

The rooms were too small, we had no room for our bags. One of us had to sleep with her backpack in bed. The lighting was bad in the room and there were no window. There was a funky smell in the room and everything got moist, nothing would dry in the room. The bathrooms were okay, but there were only two on each floor and you had to pass through the kitchen area to get there. Other guests washed their dishes in the bathroom sinks. The staff was helpful and friendly and the location was great.

GENERALLY THE HOSTEL IS GOOD AND PLEASANT....THE ONLY HICCUP WAS MIXING THE GIRLS WITH THE BOYS...EVEN THOUGH I HAVE REQUESTED SEPARATE ROOMS UPON BOOKING...THE INFORMATION IN THE WEBSITE AND HOSTELS.COM ARE MISLEADING. ROOMS THAT I THOUGHT AS REAL ROOMS BUT ACTUALLY ONLY CURTAINS.... SOME PEOPLE DO NOT FANCY TO MIX THE GENDERS...PLEASE BE SENSITIVE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS...

I am not aware that there will be \"no private room with close door\" in the 4 bed dorm. There is only partitions and curtains to separate this room to other 4 or 6 bed dorms. Thus, I can hear sounds from all around. However, I was luck that other travellers doesn\'t make loud noices, and kind of get used to it after a few nights. If you are a traveller who is looking for a place in a great location, value for money and don\'t mind the noices, this chould be a place for you.

This hostel was in a great location right next to the Chinatown MRT station. There were many restaurants around the area so you will not go hungry. Though it was a little pricey I attribute that to Singapore just being relatively expensive as a city. The air conditioning was amazing and the laundry facilities were a life saver.

BIG plus was staff's willingness to accommodate an early arrive and not insist on my waiting until a check-in time. That meant a lot after an overnight bus trip. Location is very central - walk to anywhere but Little India. Very tight accommodation with little inside common area. A few stools outside are handy, as is the tiny kitchen in the annex. Dorms seem populated with longer-term residents, but nice up-and-coming type - and fine for a couple of days' stay. Excellent WiFi. Staff: 6-star.

We loved this place and would definitely stay again! If you don't want to stay in your room there is a sofa in the kitchen where you can chill out and chat to other guests (if you wish). We loved the fact that you get cold and hot drinking water all of the time (I love having herbal tea) so this saved us so much money over the 9 days we stayed. They have great facilties such as a free washing machines and tumble dryer, fridge, microwave. The best place we have stayed so far and not too pricey!

The hostel generally satisfied the basic need of my stay and that was to have a place to seep and to keep my stuff during my stay in Singapore. I think that is all the hostel has to offer, apart form the karaoke bar which I personally didn't like. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra in order to have my things held under a lock after the checkout to my departure. It was not a lot, but it is my opinion that this should be free of charge.
