The rooms and shower facilities were so dirty that I could not stay there for more than 1 night. Loads of people had stuff stolen also, the stories i was told were awful.

Rooms were small, cramped and over priced. Beds in bad condition and went for a shower in the morning to find someone had been sick on the floor. For the 2 nights i checked in for I stayed the 2nd at a friends house!

We had a great time at the hostel. It was clean and the room were quiet. The outside courtyard had a friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!

great location, but other than that not so much to be excited about. staff was very unfriendly and seemed like they had no clue about anything concerning the hostel nor freo. and my friend's backpack was stolen from the luggage storage, which they said was safe... but great location!

it does have character but not the good kinda character, im pretty sure there was bedbugs, its not that easy to find things to start with unless u want the internet and the smaller kitchen. the mattresss in my sway is thicker than the ones they hav on the beds. the lights in the bathrooms are on timers.

Dirtiest room I've ever seen in a hostel. Bedhseet and pillow not washed in months clearly and in a heap in a corner covered in food and god knows what else. Smelly old tramp in the bed above who decided to turn on music at 2 in the morning. Bed crawling with bugs, bitten by something when I tried to sleep. Went to toilet in middle of night, came back and a random guy lying in my bed! Checked out a day early, staff refused to refund for the outstanding night. Staff could barely speak english.

So far, the worst hostel I ever stayed (and I tarveled through Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Australia). the main problem was that it was really dirty and they don't give you the pillow case! Pretty expensuve for the quality provided.

It was very noisey at night. I do not mind people having fun but at about 11:30pm I think it is unfair to have a gigging seasion going on out side of the room you are trying to sleep in. Also the cleaniness of the other individuals there was really bad. that they would leave plats lying around by the computers or in the lounge section. One plate that had been used stayed on that table infront of the TV the whole time I was there. I am not kidding! The staff were really friendly.

The rooms were dirty, small and all the lockers were in use even though there was one per bed. The majority of people staying there were long term, and already made their social groups therefore making it slightly hostile and hard to meet peolple. One morning at 6am a fight broke out in the common room this was possibly a result of too much alcohol or drugs, not a pleasant thing to be woken up by.

I booked a week in the hostel in a 4 male dorm. The first night i didnt sleep because a guy was snoring in an opposite bed. On paper the entire room was booked, but the other 2 just left their stuff in the room and decided to sleep somewhere else. The next morning I wanted to unbook the room for the rest of the week. Instead of understanding my situation I was forced to pay for one more night due to the hostels\' policy. That pissed me off, they could be considered about the situation.

Good location but probably the worst Hostel I ever been. Room tiny, dirty and seriously bad smelling. Few bathrooms and showers bad located and pretty dirty as well. The front door should be close and be open just using the code the H give you but... it was open all the night!

I didnt like the fact that you dont get a clean pillowcase for your bed - its the one that's been used by people beforehand. Pretty gross. Otherwise, the atmosphere was ok. Not sure its worth the price, but an ok stay.

Been in Australia 6 months And it was the most expensive for a double room and most probably the worst yet..very dirty, bad smells in kitchen and toilets disgusting..showers okay but dirty. No pillow covers on bed, no air con in very hot rooms. Fan in our room kept breaking down. It really can't be a yha? Good location and fast Internet.
