Not very friendly staff. SUPER HOT! Hard to sleep. The kitchen is an oven. No free wifi. No coffe. Very noisy. Staff only cares about surf camp going on there. They have priority.

Clean bathrooms and kitchen. Shuttle bus from town to the hostel was great. Nice range of activities in the evenings too. Only negative was probably the heat in the rooms, ceiling fan did very little to cool the room down.

Terrible staff and maggots. Stayed here for just over a week and for the most part it was fine. Until one morning we woke up to find our dorm room completely covered in maggots. The rooms were never cleaned properly and when we complained about this to management we were told aggressively to leave if we had a problem. The owner of the hostel proceeded to shout in my face and curse at us. Customer service was a myth here. Safe to say we all left the hostel that day. Location is the best part.

Lovely chilled hostel right on the beach and 5-10 min walk into town centre. People and staff really friendly. They've got lots of equipment free to rent out e.g boogie boards, bikes so you're never short of an activity to do!

Nice hostel with direct entrance to the beach. Spacious room. Short walk into Byron Bay. Big garden and common areas. Outdoor Cinema. The staff could have been more helpful.

Its a nice hostel directly with beach access and a good outdoor area with hammocks and pool. so socializing is pretty easy. There was also a movie night outside which was really nice. Free WiFi is not included which is a bit sad for the price of the room.

Really good staff, helpful and always smiling! Spacious rooms with lockers, clean toilets and showers. Always something going on in the nights as well, don't have any complaints over anything!

Nice location, right near the beach. Rooms are a bit stuffy but fab outside area

The atmosphere was great, and made the evenings really fun. Because of that I would definitely recommend this hostel. The location is also great, being right on the beach, and only a 5 minute walk from shops. Only negative was the wifi costs, and I wasn't told on my arrival that you get one hour free.

Great place. Staff weren't too friendly over the phone which initially was disappointing however once we arrived everything was seamless and just fantastic. One of the best locations in Byron Bay.

Spent Christmas here and we had a great stay. The Hostel made the effort to put on a special day for everyone. It's right by the beach and about 10 min short walk to the centre of town. Can drink your own drink and they get shuttles to the bars in the evenings.

Great location and great atmosphere. Staff were really nice. Only complaints would be that the fridges need a better system and more staff need to be on the desk at check out time.

I loved this hostel, super friendly staff, so close to the beach. Great 😀

Location is the best: few minutes from downtown and with a backyard door to the beach. They rent surfboards so super convenient. The staff is nice and helpful. The hostel has nice facilities and help people get to know each other via BBQ, volleyball tournaments etc. Note: the avarege age is between 20-25. I did not have any problem with that, just trying to add a useful info. :)

SUPER FANTASTIC!!! The staff was amazing and the hostel itself was perfect. Would absolutely stay there again

Great hostel which is well run and offers a great atmosphere. Always something going on and has good relations to local bars where you can get cheap food for staying at the hostel. Great location right on the beach, volleyball court and swimming pool is also a bonus.
