Good hostel. It didn't blow my mind, but it had most everything you would want in a hostel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Everything was amazing!!!! The cleanest and most peaceful hostel I've stayed in within my 3 month travels. The staff was great and they did my laundry. It's right on the lake!!! Beautiful walking and hiking and the boats are a 5 min walk.

This hostel should become an example for all of the hostels in the world. First, we came from Milan after we got lost in lugano. and it was a tired day, when we arrived there, the receptionist was very nice. she was very informative and helpful when we want to booked for a train ticket to paris.. the kitchen is clean, the living room is nice to read a book. the room is clean and the bathroom were clean too.

Modern place, everything very clean and secure. It seems a lot closer to things than it actually is though. It's at least a 20 minute walk to the train station, if you walk quickly and know exactly where you're going, and everything interesting is farther than that. It's a great place though, with very friendly staff and people socializing in the common areas. We only stayed one night, but the night left the impression of a high-quality establishment.

We had excellent stay in this hotel. Room was small but quite sufficient. It would be better if the shared bathroom was on each floor. The breakfast had huge variety. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Very nice place to stay!

It's a little far away from the Train station and the city center. Everything else is fine with me.

Really nice hostel. A little way away from the centre of Lucerne, but right next to the lake and lots of grassy areas nearby. We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom. Really liked the communal sinks in the hallway. Breakfast isn't included, so the price is a little high, but everything is a little more expensive in Switzerland! The lady at the desk was really nice and friendly. Recommend the Wursthaus Taube for dinner, delicious meatloaf and veal sausages!

Staff was not very helpful, we asked for some advice on what to visit and how to reach. Their response was, they are busy in some workand con't help us. We were very disappointed with this behaviour. There is no free car park facility. Beds are quite narrow in size.

Great value for money. I didn't like that there was no breakfast included. Location is not the best one, completely the opposite of the city center, but the place where it's located is really nice.

I only stayed the one night but the staff where really friendly and helpful. It is a bit of a walk from the station but as long as you keep the river to the left of you its really easy to find! The kitchen or kitchens cause they have two where fully equipped anything you couldn't find in my case tin opener they have behind reception. The two bed dorm was a bonus altho room a little out dated but still had two plug sockets which reached top and bottom bunks! Would stay again cause of the staff!!

The hostel is very nice and very clean. I thought, I should have stayed there more than one then I can enjoy the lake and park in front of the hostel. The hotel is a bit far by walking with big suitcase or backpack but there is the bus all day long. If you get lost, just pick up the map or looking for some sign, the people of Lucern are very nice, they will come to guide you straight away. You don't even need to ask.

Quite a walk from the train station and town, but didn't bother us as it was lovely weather and therefore a gorgeous walk along the lake each day. Didn't spend much time at the hostel, but felt safe and secure and quite clean! Staff were very friendly and helpful!
