My friend and I initially planned to stay here for 2 nights but we enjoyed it so much we stayed for 4 and we are planning to return for another few nights. Fantastic friendly place that I would definitely recommend!

Staying here didnt leave good memories, the location good close to mall, on arrival there was no one to let us in, and at reception we had to wait 15+ minutes before anyone ever helped us. Beds covered in stains, no shower curtian, worms and cockroaches in shower, carpet was wet and rank. Plus theres no curfew here, our room was right next to outdoor deck which people were screaming and carrying on ALL night......these people consisted of the owners....no sleep in our room whatsoever.

Booked a 4 bed mixed dorm and was allocated a 6 bed mixed dorm. 4 women shared the other beds and on arrival into the dorm we were presented with a bomb site - clothing/objects ALL over the floor. Our 2 beds were semi in use (beds not made & items stored on bed). Numerous signs around the property threatening 'fining' for non compliance of rules (including direct charges to credit card). Insufficient room in fridges for storage. Location is actually Hamilton (700m to high st). Newc 4k away.
